I dont understand the negative reviews! Doesnt seem true to me. I ordered Ninebot Scooter and got delivered to me in Dammam exactly as promised. Honestly, at that time I worried to try this website as its first time to hear about it but I called the consumer protection in Dubai to make sure that the company is exist and they confirmed the same. Really they are very professional as they replied on all my questions before I order and the product arrived on time. Also the good thing was when I asked about the custom fee and VAT that I would pay, they give me exactly the number that I paid. I was worried ordering from this site as I havent heard of them before but I decided to give them a try anyways. Its been almost 1 month since I made my order and the order status on the site is still showing processing. Every attempt to contact customer service gives a different reason for being late every time saying it will arrive soon which has yet to happen.The responses I got are far from reassuring and its starting to feel like this may have been a huge mistake!!! Now Im not even sure if this is just a really bad customer experience or Im being scammed.EDIT:its been 2 weeks since this post. Unlike other reviews, Im having the worst E-commerce experience.-Goods not delivered for more than 1 week. (These are supposed to be delivered in 1-2 days)-No reply for email for over days.-Over the phone, a gentleman said these will be delivered in a next day, but its not coming.-I made another phone call during business hours, but no answer.You may want to use major venders such as Amazon or Noon. This one is not trustworthy.
