It is a large building, consists of almost 10 plus storeys. It has different departments inside. Well I went for the PTE test on 7th floor. Suite 703. The staff was extremely cooperative. The building has got all the bells and whistles, and is up-to-date.

Business tower

Todays big problem in all over Dubai is regarding car parking when yiu decide to go for some outing but here we enjoyed free parking of 2 hours that was a plus point.

Beautiful building that function flawlessly after around 15 years of handover.

Its a good building with lot of offices and in ground floor there are 3 restaurants and a green grocery nearby.

Great building with great staff specially the security. But o ly problem is police not finding those blocking the entrance by parking on entrance

Went there in taxi from bur Dubai.. its costly to use taxis in Dubai.... This tower is having all sorts of offices and food place as well.

Tidy commercial spaces, was put off by the lack of convenient public transport & distance from city centre.
