Zero starsWent on to their website and ordered a TV on 22nd of Feb and got the order confirmation on email. On 28th of feb i decided to contact them for the late delivery, contacted by a person called Manav who needed my order details which i sent to him on spot via email. Neither Manav or anyone else contacted me till i decided to send a follow up email on 03rd of March and then got a reply that the team will contact me EOD, of course it was all false promises, no one called as usual.On 5th of March i got a call from the same guy Manav, saying they listed the TV by mistake under the price tag of 399 Dhs while it’s supposed to be 480 Dhs and they’ll have to either cancel the order or i pay the price difference. Pure amateurs.I of course refused to pay the difference and demanded to have my order as it’s definitely not my fault as a customer that you don’t know what you’re listing on your own website. He said he’ll get back to me.On 7th of March i got an email saying that the last unit is “damaged” and is sent for repair and therefore my order is canceled. Such a naive lie and total disrespect to customers from an amateur company which is just joking around.I went on to buy another TV from the professional online outlets, needless to say that it took 1 day from the moment i paid for my order till the moment i received my TV.I just wanted to share my experience so other customers won’t be tossed around by this joke company for just trying to order an item.

The worse product and worse service . I suggest not to buy any product by this company. I bought a washing machine on January 021.... I have more then 100 times problem on it. After 1/2 visit they dont take warenty service order also.
