Worst Service and they cheat the customers. despite paying the amount these people asked , the camera online system halted after 3 months, when i called and asked for the service they were demanding extra 400 dirhams to correct it saying online access was not included in the quote. The funny part is we were accessing it fully for three months and it was installed by their guys. The reason they said is due to security issues hik vision is no more valid in UAE. i called another service provider and they have done me at free of cost assuring our business deals in future. Gear next guys,.. if you want money without hard work you can say that directly, there are n number of ways to get it rather than cheating customers. I would say to all people never ever trust these people ,they would cheat everyone black and blue. purely unethical and unprofessional team..
