Link light provides end to end electrical contracting services..starting from getting approval from dewa to providing u with resolution to complex queries with 25 years of experience in the uae region..I personally have witnessed Bijoy drawing a simple diagram to explain the solution to a complex problem raised by one of lles client and the relief I could see on the clients face...thats what customer service means and lle has ensured to keep up the level of this service all these years..I would highly recommend customers to try their service atleast once to get to know the value they add

I would have Given 0 Star for Customer Service but unfortunate i cant .Called around 1.30 pm for an Enquiry to their operator but no answer . then i called Sales Extension Number . One Guy answered the call by Saying Hello seems he was not interested to speak . No Greetings from Company side (Ignored) . when i explained him my Query he said Call After 2.00 pm and hand up the phone . we understand may be Lunch time is going on . but he could have say this to us politely . I never feel so ignorance as a customer . really pathetic Customer Service .
