The most horrible AC service in town. I had them work for me thrice and they were good twice.. However the last time there was a pending work form the second time which they promised would be fixed.The work was simple. Just change indoor wiring from the power to the indoor unit. The whole wiring was about 7 meter. Had been following uo for 5 days to have it concluded. Finally they came the other day at 9:15. The guy came without any tools and waited for his coworker who arrived at 10:00.They changed the wire and replaced 4 meter trunk. They abruptly told the charge is 250 AEd for this work to my wife.I then spoke to them who lied to us that whole wiring from indoor to the outdoor unit also was changed. I told them i need inspect. When i cam home i surprised to this claim. They just changed one wire and gave false information to my wife. This is clear fraud. Never ever will i be trusting them ever again.P. S I ONLY PAID THEM 150 FOR THIS, which is also higher but because the guy was so abusive i concluded the conversation.

Perfectly fine a/c was taken for service and spoiled by water wash..They had confirmed that the a/c is perfectly fine before and after the service..few minutes after bringing from the service the A/c stopped working and they say the motor was faulty...Ppl never ever give ur a/c for service here...

Called them for A/c and washing machine service 3 days back and now they say staff is on leave. Acting very busy, avoid them if u can. Very pathetic and unprofessional service.
