Nikai has the worst quality products. its better for public if this company is closed down, so that no one will lose their money anymore.Bought an AC 2.0 Ton, doesnt cool the room even in winter.

What a conjob of a company.!! Bought a brand new NIkai fridge that stopped working after 5 weeks. 1 week later they still havent come to fix it and they keep telling me their coming tomorrow. Do not buy anything from this company. Worst money ive ever spent

Very bad service and very poor brand. I will never buy any nikai product which is extremely poor brand. Al Falah Store in Al Ain selling this very poor brand and there service is really very poor.

Poor quality, worst service, supposed to change tv remote every month, that not available in the market, never buy ,if you are getting 99% discounts also..

I wish I could give zero stars. Never purchase Nikai products! Their company is so unprofessional and such a hassle to deal with. Their customer service reps cannot speak English, they are rude and will just hang up the phone! I was expecting delivery for items on Saturday and spent Saturday, Sunday and Monday at home waiting for delivery and nothing. I was then promised on Monday that everything would be delivered and then told Monday 2PM no sorry not today either. I was then promised all the white goods would be delivered today after 6PM via special vehicle because I cannot sit at home for the 4th day waiting for them to delivery but instead the delivery guy called me now to say if he cant deliver now he will not deliver after 6PM and no special vehicle was arranged. Endless lies and a complete headache to deal with! I regret purchasing anything from them.
