Reading other reviews, generally people must have a gist of what this company is all about. Unprofessional, and clueless.Most times here in the UAE I think its a wonder, if you ever get to see a penny from your deposit on time, or even returned to you, without you having to chase the company for it.What company forgets to bill their customer month to month and then presents you with a huge outstanding bill, taking you completely by surprise to cough up when you request for a final bill of clearance?.When I requested for a final bill of clearance, I was given a 5 month outstanding bill, for all the months they had forgotten to invoice me!After several phone calls and back and forth with their customer service. I had to physically go to their offices to sort out the matter, just to ensure I am not repaying for months I have already settled online.Extremely strange experience!

If zero was possible I would give zero stars.Once the company accumulated 4 payments and released at once and the bill was huge.What happens monthly is that you pay via bank transfer and send to them proof of payment and still they send you reminders and reminders and reminders.Their customer service are helpless and you never receive the required receipt against your payment. I ordered a SOA and it took 15 days to be sent.Zero customer serviceZero communicationZero professionalism

I called them to check the service of the unit since morning. they advised me to call the building mngt. now bldg mngt emailed them. i called them again, they said they will remind the maintenance. now it is night time but still nothing. its so hot in the unit right now with an infant. :(

0 star for this company The costumer service doesn’t know anything! For those of you who is afraid that the deposit will not be returned, just accumulate your bill until it reached your deposit.It’s also better to communicate with the representative in your building than calling the customer service. They work faster.

I had a lot of issues in getting payment confirmations and after raising the concerns via emails, finally I got in touch with Ms. Poonam and she explained the details of ista online portal and quick pay link. Finally things have got smooth now. In short, no more stress about the late fee penalties.

One of the worst customer service offered by their team. They never respond to your query in time. In fact in my case, I was asking them to give bill on monthly basis. They never does that and give you a bill of 3-4 months together. Just imagine their working callousness - they have wrongly written some one else name in their database even after providing my tenancy contract and emirates ID. Worst in the market and will suggest not give contract from facility management company.

Again here I am writing ANOTHER review about this company. TERRIBLE service. Over 2 weeks now and im still waiting for confirmation on the shifting of my services from one apartment to the other (literally moved next door to my old apartment and in the same building).I call customer service and they have no power to do anything and continue to repeat the same thing which is someone will contact you and they have escalated the situation. There are multiple escalations now and still not one person has contacted me despite them have all documents and information from me. Ista is the only company in the UAE who gives me headaches like this.I HATE dealing with them and to top it off they are OVERPRICED. Customer Service? Useless. Management? Useless. Company overall? Useless. If you have a choice do not use this company for any of your cooling or hot water services.

I vacate my apartment end of May, paid all the bills amd sent proof to the Ista department in order to receive MY MONEY back(deposit) 41 days later and Ista is saying that billing department will get back to me in 15 days!!! This is outrageous, they are holding my money, they should pay interest on that amount. I will stay away from buildings having Ista company providing the air conditioning.

PLACE company had not credited my account for a total amount of about 550AED. I had communicated with PLACE as well as the new manager of Lakeshore Tower, Mr. Hany Elbaz, without any progress.I decided to go to Ms. Carolyn Aquino to seek help. I went to the Management Office at Lakeshore. Ms. Aquino not only handled the situation with PLACE and arranged for a final bill for me to pay, she also printed the registration form for me to sign up and be able to make online payment. All of those took less than 15 minutes.Ms. Carolyn Aquino was so courteous, effective and willing to assist. I hope more of the ISTA staffers would be like Ms. Aquino in effectiveness and attitude. Worth 0 stars, not even 1. This company still owes me AED 1,000. Submitted my refund request on 14 January 2021. Until today no response. I paid my bills on time for 2 years, not once did I cause any issues. Now I moved out and simply want a refund of my security deposit. I called, I emailed - no response from your end. I am out of patience now and will contact the DED.

Worst customer service ever! MUHAMMAD MUSANSAM was the person on the phone. He doesn’t know what he is talking about at all. Worst attitude showing and not willing to solve the issue. All he knows “we are able to help you... “ I would appreciate if a manager goes up and tells him to learn how to listen and talk on the phone.

The most weak inter department communication displayed over and over again. Hi called everyday for a month for a simple billing request to be repeatedly assured that the billing department would call me back with 24 to 48 hours. No call ever called, I was repeatedly assured that the matter was raised to important, to urgent , to critical but not even a simple intervention by a supervisor or manager , after one month of calling everyday I get an email from the billing department offering a solution to another problem I had 1 year ago, which was resolved but no mention of the current problem. You would think and international company like yours has some semblance of organization.Since I don’t have a choice but to deal with you’ll I hope and pray you’ll shape up and get your management of your company together. As of now I wouldn’t recommend you’ll to anyone .

I dont understand why a property developer i.e. Nshama would choose to hire such company. Getting a clearance from the property weve moved out of has been so stressful. A hundred emails going back and forth in a span of a month trying to settle our account and we still havent finished the process. Worst company. Worst service. Will try and rip you off as soon as you need to cancel. Final bill came double the amount of any other bill in the past.Once inspection is done, they will tell you nothing is wrong. AS EXPECTED. Once you settle to pay the robbed amount from ISTA, they send an email saying there may be an issue with the actuactor.MUST AVOID. I rather loose my deposit just to save everyone!Would give zero star, but one is for their effort for robbing people!

The most disrespectful, horrendous company I have ever had to give my money to. They rob you of your money every chance they get.To say they have horrible customer service is an understatement. I cannot understand why this is the way things are being run by them as it seems to be an ongoing issue.Their customer service team consistently hangs up on phone calls and rarely do they return any emails.It’s been one month since I paid my final bill and I still haven’t received my 2000 AED deposit. Which is apparently going to be less than what I gave them two years ago because “they deduct 50aed because I paid the deposit with my card”. Ridiculous doesn’t cut it. Everyone in this company just points fingers at different departments it’s impossible to get any real truthful information from them. I found out that it apparently isn’t even them who have my money it’s someone from Al Reef owners associating in Abu Dhabi who refuses to sign off on my money return.A word to the wise, do not give this company any of your money.

The worst company Ive ever dealt with. Call Centre is useless and not able to give any information when you call. I waited days for call backs. Payments made they still send you reminders. Overpriced. No online system to keep track of your spending and usage. I actually hate this company. Maintenance visits at random times of the day 10am-1pm when majority of people are at work and its a battle to rearrange times with them. Absolutely no need for this company. Ridiculous 😒

The worst ever!!!You guys don’t have a specific due date for your bills.Charging nonsense amounts, I barely opened the AC and I’m receiving a 300 AED bill.I tried to pay for my bill twice on your website, but it went into pending status and when I emailed you, you told me to transfer the funds.Not to mention, 2 days later you send me the next months in addition to the old one plus a late payment fee of 100 AED where in the contract it says 50.I’m not really sure where to address this, since I’m fed up of you guys.

They delayed the bills for more than 6 months, during last year claiming that they are migrating their systems and suddenly send 5 bills within 2 days and expect us pay the bills of 6 month in matter of 2 weeks. That was in October 2020 after that we havent received any bill since then last week they issued 3 bills in 3 days all are due in 10 days! Pathetic service, irresponsible staff and heavy chiller bills. Even if you dont use chiller, you end up with a heavy bill. Worst customer service ever, made 100 calls and several emails with zero response. No idea on where to complaint about these guys ! These guys just dont take any responsibility of faulty devices in the cooling unit and the meter keeps on working. Very badly managed and dont even think of getting an email response from them back when you have an issue. When the bill generates they try to rip of you off and empty your pocket.

The worst company ever. In my first building they were:- Unreasonable bills, there was a month i didn’t open AC for three weeks as i was traveling and the bill was still the same- In winter bill comes around 120 and in summer it exceeds 500.- They made changes in their billing system and stopped receiving payments for 5 months which caused big confusion in the payments dates afterwards.- Online payment system is not updated which makes it more confusing when it comes to payments..In new apartment:This is my first day and AC is not connected although they confirmed connection over the phone :) as simple as that..If u have the chance to avoid dealing with them.. please do.. all ur life in dubai will be smooth beautiful and easy until u deal with ISTA they make u angry like hell.

When u rent a house and if you see this A/C company, reconsider it. Its one of the worst experience I’ve ever had! I had problems with bills tried to solve it. They don’t respond my email. They promised me solve the problem asap but for 2month nothing has been fixed! Just horrible! I am moving to another building JUST BECAUSE of this A/C company! Stay away.Annoying reminder even if you paid already. Double charged after payment cuz they don’t check my payment. I had to transfer money and had to send sceenshoot to them (yes in 2019 not 2009) but still they didn’t confirm my payment for appx 3months. During a year I only got bill three times they skipped the bill and just send me only annoying reminder.Now i am so happy that I move to other place which is not using ISTA.

Most unprofessional utility company I have ever dealt with. They only accept payment through bank transfer and still require proof of transfer cause they are unable to read a transaction reference (the payment kiosks don’t work or are not even where they claim to be) and the call Centre can’t answer any questions at all on the day, they need 2 days to respond to each question.
