A one star is to much for this company.They are never on time and they reschedule as they like and the best word they use 1 between 4 hours someone will come or contact you.The truth is no one calls no one comes and no one says anything.And when you and try to know why are they late what do they say systems says everything is OK as if they are in my house knowing everything is OKAnd one last best word we are a government entity.UAE government will not accept this if they know how Dewa is running.Hope someone can read this and finds a solution.

Its efficient and always ready to listen & help.Keep up the good work.The most concerned point in Government offices is Attitude. I rate Dewa as 5 stars in that.AQS
