We had an issue with the Jenan trays of eggs we bought in Choitrams Abu Dhabi - through NowNow app. We thought that our issue will just be ignored, just like what Choitrams and NowNow did when we raised the issue. But Jenans excellent customer service saved the day. They really strived to meet their customers satisfaction and expectation. They exerted much effort to reach out to us and solve the issue.
