KPI is an outstanding Institute. You get value for your money. The courses are properly laid out. The CNA course I took at KPI was very Amazing. The Lecturer Maam Simi did a wonderful job. The Manager Maam Poonam was always understanding and ready to resolve any arising issues. The Ever Smiling Secretary Mis Joy was very helpful. Hands on demonstrations were given during the course. KPI prepared me for my career as a nursing assistant. The knowledge I gained at KPI has helped me in my job immensely.

I have got the chance to get trained in Medical Coding from Knowledge Point and experienced with a unique style of teaching.The trainer was highly skilled with extensive knowledge in CPC and all of their teaching concepts were realistic and easy to relate.The training was clear, detailed, informative and well-paced. All the concepts were clearly and professionally explained.I am sure, this will help me to boost my professional career a bit more. Also need to mention the support from staffs, were very helpful and addressed all our queries kind fully.

Overrated by some. Joined this institute with high expectations based on the impressive reviews & ratings online. Found nothing really exceptional here - instructor and the quality of teaching is just ok. Classroom set-up is just bad. No proper desks or chairs to put your bulky books and things on. Too small rooms. Not really conducive. No proper, dedicated room for our class. For the helpful staffers and free water, I’m giving that a separate 3.5 or 4 rating. But for the institute and the management as a whole, just 2 or 2.5. Much improvement is required.

Highly recommend this institute for Medical Coding. Instructor is very experienced and explains the concepts of Coding very well. Very good experience so far.

I studied Medical Coding here and guess what - the experience of studying in Knowledge Point Institute was the best of my life, I passed my CPC exam in the first go. The best part was unlimited mock simulation exams throughout the course and even after the training, I took actual mock exams. Staff here are extremely helpful. This is the first time I have attended training from Knowledge point in CPHQ and wondered how effective it would be.It was very effective and therefore I would definitely recommend to my colleagues and friends.The instructor Dr.Sunny was very knowlegeable ,passionate and expert faculty who provided a wealth of information about the subject and very clear in his method of teaching and very supportive administrative staffs.

You can easily pay your tuition fee because there is an easy installment plan that is available. The Instructor is knowledgeable and equipments needed are available. And hey, there is a free food in every session. And another advantage is the location, it is just a minute away from the metro station. I dont recommend for medical coding course. Waste of money. Joined this institute with high expectations based on the impressive reviews & ratings online. Found nothing really exceptional here - the first instructor was not competent - she couldn’t answer some questions so we requested a new one. The next instructor assigned to us was grumpy and a bit rude - the class was just a reading class - he only reads what’s already in the book. The quality of teaching is below par in this institute. Homework questions and answers are obsolete - they use 2017 materials! They don’t update even after we requested so don’t be surprised if you don’t find the answers in the choices given. So if you are up with mediocre teaching, you may rate this school high. Classroom setup is just bad, too. No proper desks or chairs to put your bulky books and things on. Very small rooms. Not really conducive. No proper, dedicated room for our class. Classes were conducted in a hurry and we werent even given exams to assess if we learned something. They cannot accommodate us on Friday for mock exams due to unavailability of rooms. Since there’s a lack of support from Knowledge Point, some batchmates opted to just enroll in another school for review and mock tests. Hence, the Aed2500 fees for this course was a real rip-off, sadly. Just unbelievable! I only hope that Knowledge Point Institute will not take the credit should my batchmates pass (I hope & pray) the CPC exam.
