Totally waste of time! People working here doesnt want to work actually! they very seldom answer calls and queries. They cant even offer help! if ever you have a contact and if it happens that your contact is already dead, then thats it! you will bury your concern with that dead. such a shame for this kind of organization.

If I had the opportunity to give zero stars I would! The marketing person Akansha, is by far the most unprofessional person I came across so rude and vulgar she has zero cutomer handling experience! And obviously doesnt care about the gems education name ! Been trying to contact her for almost a month now! And she screamed on the phone after finally answering my call by NO WE OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT INTERESTED ! and when I asked her what her name was she HUNG UP THE PHONE !!! I had to call back the operator to ask for her name! I am so disappointed that a company allows this kind of behavior! And I dont want to peg my company with such behaviour!

Waste of time!!! Dont ever go here, bec its an FGB site, not ever a GEMS Head quarter😩😞
