Needed info for a purchase. No one picks up the phone and when you want to leave a message the phone hangs up. I do not know why schools recommend to buy from them.

Stay away. We bought a surface through a school scheme and were encouraged to pay a significant amount extra for accidental damage and to replace device within 48-72 hours. It is now 3 months and this company are extremely difficult to get hold of, not answering emails or replying and it seems they took the money without adding it to the Microsoft partner. I am so frustrated with this company.

Never buy online from this company. You would never get any confirmation on date of delivary. No one would ever pick up the phone, nor respond to your emails. Even after asking for a refund, its just dead... No one ever responds back. I have been chasing them for two weeks. Just Nothing.Very strange how major schools in the UAE work with this tiny company with no real staff! Very disappointed.

Terrible customer service. One person tells you something and the other person tells you something else. No communication on their part, when device breaks.
