A scam center that does not follow protocol. I was turned away from the center for following PearsonPTE Academic. The worst experience of my life. This center is a scan they will ask you to produce multiple identification documents and if your name on your Emirates ID does not match the name on your passport. They will politely state that you have violated ID protocol and while being friendly will raise a false complaint against you.

I went here for my second PTE exam (11:00 AM). Location wise its ok, parking is not easy and not available in same building or nearby (5-10 mins walk), please consider at least 15 mins additional for this, also in Summer it wont be that interesting to walk from paid public parking. There was only one staff and she explained basic details. COVID protocols are in place so consider planning your water and toilet breaks accordingly(common toilet in the same floor which is near to the exam center, but not very clean and tissues were missing, so please plan to bring your own tissues :)). Lockers are provided, water breaks and toilet breaks are provided during the optional break in the exam. As usual, raise hand your hand for any assistance. Seats and Location inside exam hall are little closer than expected, there were 5 including me, better go on weekdays to avoid too much people. I did on a weekday, was able to hear voices of other participants, when I compare it with my first exam center(Exam Prep & Testing), this one was very noisy, Literally there was one guy in the room who was shouting (instructor clearly said no shouting, but they didnt say what to do if some one is shouting, so better ask that, i will be asking it by calling them soon & will update here) . Computer, mouse, keyboard were average, almost same as first exam center and desk space was almost same which is as per standards from pearson guidelines & chair was average (i am not expecting fancy anymore after my first test experience), felt the devices were least 15-20 years old same as my first test center (TEPTH). So if I plan to take another test, I will go back to my first test center, considering the parking, noise experience I had here. Good luck to all !!!

Went to appear for PTE exam, good facilities and nicely managed. Giving three star as the number mentioned in the Google maps is of the owner of the place so dont expect your call to be picked instantly, also they have basement parking for visitors though no sign or information is notifying the same.

Smooth check in. Good overall experience.Just exam stations are too close and can get distracting with many people taking the exam at the same time, specially at the speaking part when everyone is speaking and some people are loud.

There were some updates which took time and we had to wait for PTE exam to startStaff was helpful and cordial. Supported us and followed the due process.

Walkable distance from Business Bay metro station.Took my test on a Sunday at 4pm, total 5 people were there. I believe the noise in the room didnt affect the results. Also, I think the provided headset had noise cancellation.

Great Environment to take exam. I found everything to be working fine. The only thing i recommend is if the no of students on a given day and time taking the exam are less as in my case 6 students were taking these exam and it was little bit difficult in the speaking section to concentrate as everyone was talking out loud

I liked the environment and the setting where I was able to give my PTE examination. The system and other requisites were working properly and I did not find any major issue that prevented me from giving my exam. If they had ear phone with noise cancellation, it would have been awesome. I surely recommend this center.

When I took the exam, everything was working as it should be, and I got 90 in speaking and an overall score of 87; I dont know why the other reviewers are complaining about the audio devices. Also, the staff were kind enough to give a few tips, which boosted our confidence before we took the exam. Im giving them 5 stars for that!

This test centre is easily accessible in Dubai and it is located at hardly 15 minutes walk from the Mall of Emirates Metro Station. Moreover, the staff of this centre is very professional and helpful. I had problem with my headset and I immediately called the exam invigilator who instantly came to me and helped resolve that issue in a friendly manner. I would highly recommend this test centre for anyone taking PTE Academic exam.

I have not received my test result at the time of writing this, so this review should be neutral enough :)First is about location. As a long time Dubai resident, it was easy for me to find this place especially with the help of Google Maps, but JNS could make it easier for people unfamiliar with Dubai by providing driving direction with some pointers and landmarks. The facility is located at 5th floor, unit 501; I recommend you to just take the elevator up right after you arrive here.Second is the test facility. The room is rather small but good enough to suit 8 person. Note that the less person you have in the test room, the less distractions you likely getting. Computer systems and headphones provided are of good quality, comfortable to use. The wheeled-chair is comfortable enough, but if I can choose, I rather sit on the chair without wheels. The provided locker is good enough to store your personal belonging but doesnt seem to fit a 15 laptop backpack. You are not allowed to take even a water bottle inside the test room but you can bring a plastic cup they provide next to the water dispenser.Third, last but not least, the staff there are friendly and very helpful.All the best with your test!

Nice environment for PTE exam. Mic (which is usually the concern of the examinees) is perfect. I was only 66 in speaking with mock test at home, and got 90 in actual test here in JnS.

JNS is located in an easily accessible building, with ample parking around it. The room can accommodate up to 8 students, and the invigilators are strict regarding noise during the examination. Its best to call ahead and ask what days are off-peak and then book your exam accordingly. The computer, keyboard and mouse worked fine and they provided Plantronics headsets with noise-cancellation. Highly recommended.

I had a good experience with the test center. However some points are there to note down for further improvement.Location: As I came from abudhabi the location was new for me. I went there early to find the exact location and later i found it was a good decision that i came earlier. Google will direct you the exact location but there is no signboard outside the building. I had to get down from my car and look for here and there for the exact building. Surrounding people in the shop doesnt know the place. Good thing is that parking was available nearby.Environment of test Center: It was good. They started the exam as per schedule. Service was good. They provided locker to store personal belongings. Accessories provided (Computer, Headphone, erasable notepad) was good. I didnt face any problem with computer/internet during exam.Finally i got my desired score and that let me stop complaining about anything further.Good luck!!

The journey start with my headset is not working at the beginning which delayed me for another 20 minutes.the testing room is too small and very noisy. i could not concentrate on the speaker as the one beside me start shouting on his mic. the room should be more adapted and equipped for such exams.finally, they told me you will get your result within 2 days, and the cheating was that they did not mention it is 2 US working days as they informed me after 4 days over the phone - so it last with 5 days after the exam day.in fact, i realized that IELTS exam is much straight forward with negligible waiting duration for result in differences between both.

Overall experience of JnS Training & Testing Center at Grosvenor Business Bay Tower Dubai is good. But Separate Cubical (per person) should be built so that external noises can be reduced further for better concentration.

Please AVOID this center completely if you want to have a peaceful experience of the PTE exam. The lady at the reception who handles the exam has an appalling sense of empathy and zero interaction skills. If your P.C. has an system error almost at the end of the exam, instead of reassuring you, she will ask you to step out of the room (which is a norm) but will not ask you to stay close and will call you once your exam has already begun and you have missed the recording with certain answers! And when you question this, she will of course blame it all on you - zero advance instructions provided! I was told the cameras can be checked in her defense and of course get you all stressed up in between the exam. Please keep away, pathetic center with hooliganism. I have written IELTS and other exams which are so fair and the staff are so professional, rather than vandalism and no sight of a senior!!!

Good headphones, you dont get too distracted while listening to prompts while other people are speaking. Friendly Administrator. Location is easier to reach as its on a walkable distance from Mall of emirates metro station.

Good:1. Easy to locate2. Instructor quite professional in the handling of all necessary activities prior to the test including queuing up, registrations, ID verifications, fingerprinting, taking photographs etc. of all candidates in a timely manner.3. Fine and properly functioning equipment (keyboards, mouse & headsets).Bad:1. No allocated car parking in or around the test centre building. You have to go around for quite a while looking for an open parking space as the test centre is in a busy commercial & residential area.2. The test centre gets rather noisy, particularly during the speaking section of the test & if its at full capacity as the seating arrangement is not spacious.

4.5 stars. The experience was a blast. Proctor was professional, service was nice, and the testing area was conducive. Also, expect a maximum of eight people per schedule.The -0.5 star was because I had to personally go there to inquire about the exam when I called over the course of two months with no reply.Those who will rate this lower than four because they think that the area was noisy during the exam DID NOT DO THEIR HOMEWORK. THEY should READ the PTE Handbook, as it is crystal clear that the background noise IS A FEATURE OF THE EXAM. I had some distractions at first but I manage to ace (PERFECT) the exam at first take.THEY SHOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING THE EXAM IF THEY ARE NOT PREPARED FOR IT, ESPECIALLY ABOUT THE BACKGROUND NOISE PART.Highly recommend the testing centre. The Center is well organized, however I couldnt concentrate enough during my test as there are around 7 people doing exam at same time at the noise was very high, also I took around 30 min to get in the exam because of the queue of attendees

Visited JNS last week for PTE exam. It was a pleasant experience. The centre is good with all good facilities. Not many candidates booked otherwise the test room will be congested. Staff who attended me was cooperative and received me well. Comparing to other test centres I visited, JNS was impressive.

Terribly noisy and crowded although I wen on a Sunday, dont know if I should blame the center for makeing the exam room so small or the people for being so loud. The head set is good, the key board felt solid. My only problem is how loud it gets during the speaking section, they should really consider moveing the exam room to bigger place or decreas the number of examiners at a time.

Signed for pte ( computer based English test) course then found it paper and pencil course . I refused to continue and It took me more than a month to get my money back 20% less.

Good day.I am sending you a message to complain about the booking that I have done your testin center in Dubai.I have booked a seat for PTE on July 9, paid and received my invoice, only to find out that my exam will be moved on July 14. It is really a big trouble for me since I already book a flight to Dubai knowing that Ill be having an exam on the 9th. My employer have just allowed me to travel for my exam and told me to return back here in Qatar immediately. How come that your testing center in your branch doesnt know their students who booked for the exam? Ive spent too much for this exam, including my reviews, dubai visit visa, plane ticket, and a booking of 980 aed only to find out that at the very last minute it will be moved.If I didnt call the testing center, I wouldnt know that my exam date was not confirmed! Such inconsistency they have! Now what? Ill be cancelling my booking and only get a partial refund of my payment? All of the efforts will become nothing because of the inconsistency of your staffs! And now theyre telling me that they my booking did not appear on their system? Why did it happen when clearly, I have received a confirmation from your website?I hope I could get a response from this. I wont let this pass because of your inconsistencies.

They must clearly mention that, they are inside Sama building as I faced trouble to find it. No one in their surrondings knew about JnS.They dont bother if you are taking exam, as the voice from nearby lecture rooms distrubs a lot.The pen they provide usually dont work.

It was a great experience to have my PTE conducted in JnS.

For me it was not a pleasant experience, as the software hangs at the beginning of the exam, which panics me cause I missed some questions. The pen was not writing and when I changed it, it was really hardly to write with. In addition, to the keyboard was not easy in typing.

Thanks a lot guys, very comfortable place to give PTE. I got overall 82 just what i wanted for my PR. Apologies for yelling at the peak of my voice during speaking task.
