My experience with this place as soon as it started. Having been scammed by education consultants in the past, I called to enquire about charges and I was told that they do not disclose these things on the phone and that I would have to go in person. Amidst a pandemic, I am uncomfortable with travelling to a location in-person and spending time without even knowing how much I am going to be asked to pay for the service.We are doing this for free, the least you can do is give me your time is what I was told as if its some favour? Terrible attitude, immediate indication that I wouldnt want my brother to be counseled by a firm like this.

We approached Shanthi from IQ Education Consultants, based on feedback from my son’s friends. At the first meeting itself, she held a detailed discussion and directed my son to immediately get an internship as he was applying for Physiotherapy. Before approaching her we had already met 2 other consultants, but settled for her as she was knowledgeable and explained the procedure in clear layman language.During the application process, we used to have our tiffs, as I would, like any eager parent, constantly monitor applications, emails, etc.., and would expect immediate responses, while she would reply within a reasonable timeframe. But I will credit Shanthi for being available on phone whenever I called, especially as I heard from some of my friends that they had to wait 3-4 days before they could speak to their consultants. Other friends consulted me over certain visa matters where ideally their consultant should have helped. She even talked my son out from taking a gap year when he was refused admission to his choice of university and we are very happy with the alternate uni choice we made. Shanthi held our hand throughout until the visa applications and even thoughtfully provided us with a UK sim card for students.All in all, we can say it was a good decision to entail IQ services.

Please dont waste your money here. I went here for my bachlors consultation, and they didnt even help me with my SOP. I had to do everything myself. It was a huge waste of my money cause they dont come cheap. Not to mention that they only reccomed universities that they get commision from to you.

Would not recommend because they act in bad faith. Here is why:1) They acted very nice initially to get my business, and after I had paid up, there was a marked reduction in promptness and the quality of service.2) They recommended I go to a summer camp in the US to learn english for four months because it would look good on my resume (and because they receive a commission from the camp to send students there). This was a truly wasteful experience as I was a native english speaker and thus didnt end up learning much, but instead ended up wasting thousands of dollars. So the only one that truly benefited from this situation was IQ.Fed up with IQ, I eventually ended up applying to universities on my own and got into a university which ranks far better than any of the ones listed on IQs testimonials.Tl;DR: Youre better off applying on your own than with IQ.Edit: Quite predictably IQ has gotten back publicly threatening a former customer who was dissatisfied with their services. They have tried to make a baseless implication that I got them mixed up with some other company, which is not the case. They have also threatened to take legal action for a negative review, which is also quite telling in itself. To IQ: please do report me if you wish to, I can back up each of my claims that I have made and would be happy to share it with the concerned authorities.
