DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - THE WORST INSTITUTE EVEN FOR COUNSELLING AND OTHER SERVICESThe worst experience of my entire life with any institute is the one with IDPthey are a money business and have no clue of what professionalism is.My IELTS speaking test was scheduled on Friday, while I registered and paid in full for paper-based test, I was put through a video call, which happened 2HOURS LATER DELAYED from the scheduled time, with no acceptable reason. The video call was delivered stating this was due to COVID restrictions. Also, the schedule and information for speaking test comes to me less than 24 hours before the test is meant to happen.HOWEVER, Next day the test is conducted for about 10 other students as a face to face session. When asked the employees ADIL was extremely unprofessional, ill-mannered and etiquette less, even someone with one day of schooling would treat a customer well and explain clear sense. CLERLY THEYRE WRONG AND ARE RAISING THEIR VOICE AT THE CUSTOMER. THEYRE AN UNORGANISED CRIMINAL CIRCUS.They only know how fend-off their customers if you talk sense and are accepting professional standard. I was ill-treated, for the atleast instead of apologizing for what happened, theyve the audacity to blame you accepting basic professional standards and facilities.My last test 2 years ago was with BRITISH COUNCIL and it was the most well-organized and perfect set-up with conducting tests, keeping candidates informed all the way to collection of results. Please go there instead.

I have taken ielts exam under IDP twice in 4 years and their quality has fallen below parthe most recent exam was this month and it was a horrible experience with 2 members of my family booking the same venue and datethey changed the venue for one andfor the other person no communication over sms or email and they do not reply to their email after constantly following up for a week to confirm the venuethey send a confirmation email on the day before exami took a special leave to give the exam they scheduled my speaking a day prior to the other LRW tests inspite of calling , writing emails to reschedule it on the same day no reply still!!!every time you call the customer service number a lady answers that someone will call you backmy exam date came and went but till date NO reply to the emails or calls have been communicatedVERY POOR SERVICEmy speaking test was scheduled for 3.50 pm for a video call which WAS DELAYED TILL 5.45. I WAITED NEARLY 2 HOURS for the examthey had only one female Miss MANNAT from idp at the venue who was stretching beynd her limits and totally confused and unorganizedi wasted my entire day for a 15 min speaking testthey were far off better when i took the first exam 2 years ago but this time they are only a money making businessreally dont recommend IDP anymore

Very unprofessional I would say. First of all, contacting them in very inconvenient because you dont have a direct number of the consultant working on your case, only email. I may understand why they choose for it to be this way, but provided email communication is prompt and detailed. However, mails - that come after youve waited quite a bit- are mostly copy paste and rarely provide personalised responses. The consultants are frequently on leave and your case is passed around like a football among whoever is available. My case has been passed around to 3 consultants and none of them could actually assist me...leave alone the annoying fact that all 3 gave me different advice. They do not give you any useful information beyond what you can find on the net, so if you dont know what to ask, dont bother scheduling a meeting. I was almost applying for the visa and suddenly they ask for a document that was not mentioned on the list of requirements, nor in previous meeting/mails. Now this has put me behind for at least 2 weeks ....if I am lucky. Overall, very poor service and does not deliver as promised.

And has an exceptionally good communication between the applicants. I recommend IDP service. I went to IDP for my application process for Canada. My assigned councillor Alice Koshy guided me throughout out the process and ensured that she regularly followed up with me and the universities. The after support after taking the IELTS exam is totally dissappointing. No urgent action has been done for me to received the payment link for courier fee. I contacted Support team on Friday and issue was resolved after 5 days. This delay in resolution is unacceptable considering you already paid for the exam which is an expensive test and your expecting a better service. Now we are still chasing IDP for the hard copy. No SMS received yet from the courier and no response on the email sent to the support team and Whatsapp messages. Im expecting professionalism in responding to the concerns I raised. Messages in Whatsapp are just seenzoned. They should understand that we are living in different emirates away from Dubai and personal collection of hard copy is not feasible. Our application is getting delayed because we have not received the hard copy. Talking to the IDP agent on the phone is also heartbreaking as they seems not to care on our concerns.

I strongly recommend applying through IDP for having the best assistance possible in matters pertaining to studying abroad.
