I completed my SENCO level 3 with British Orchard Centre whilst living in Abu Dhabi and although the tutor was available by email I did not feel supported by the centre. Any questions or queries I had were not always responded to and I felt like I was not a student at the centre just a number.On completing the course at the start of March 2021 I heard nothing from the centre and only when I queried when the certificates were arriving did I get an immediate response that I could collect from Dubai. I asked that they be sent to Abu Dhabi to be collected to be told that there is no driver going to Abu Dhabi so I would have to pay for a courier.As we are in a pandemic expecting people to drive over the border to collect seems unfair when they offer the classes in Abu Dhabi (although due to pandemic they are online)

It is really an amazing journey.I have learnt a lot. And I am really grateful for all the support from your team. Ms. Laura, you are always so sweet, kind and helpful!
