Dr Rahul Gupta is an excellent ent surgeon. We had a very good experience with him when we went for his consultation for our 13 yr old son. Our son had been going through a very bad phase since he was 3 yrs old. We had consulted many doctors before as well but Dr. Rahul Gupta is someone extraordinary. He not only explained us the benefits of the surgery but also the complications. He gave a very realistic impression and no way he pressurised us to go for it rather let us took our own  decision. As parents we were a little apprehensive about any kind of surgery,  he understood that and patiently listened to our concerns and very aptly cleared our doubts. We  directly experienced how skilled surgeon he was when he did nasal and throat endoscopy  in front of us with minimal pain . Critical ent surgery was  successful and my son felt improvement drastically. I want to specifically mention about the treatment and the care he had given after surgery. As parents we were nervous how the healing process would go but he was available and continuously followed up with his excellent energy and expertise and offered to help everytime we needed him whether  be it  in early morning, noon or even at midnight. He  was  the one who was boosting  my sons  moral as well, as he was mentally  down after sugery. Inspired my son throughout. We have first time experienced such an empathetic, easily communicative, highly skilled, informative  and always approchable doctor in our life  who managed to give his all time from his busy schedule.  We are compltely satisfied with his care and treatment. We Would recommend everyone who needs ent related surgery or any ent related treatment  to take his excellent selfless expert  advice and service coz you will be in safe hand.

This is the first time I am writing a feedback for any hospital or clinic.My husband and brother in law both were covid positive. I have a small baby at home and it was really difficult to work from home, cooking, taking care of baby and then go to the clinic and bring medicine for family members. My all difficulty was solved when I approached Lotus medical center and speak to Doctor Jaweed Shah.He gave us appointment on priority(as my brother in law was critical), right medicine and consultancy throughout these complete 21days. In fact he asked me to call him anytime if I face any difficulty in this matter. Whenever I required he helped me even after his very busy schedule. My whole family in India was relaxed after I told them that I am in touch with Dr Jaweed shah. Lots of blessing to Doctor from My parents’ side. It was scary and challenging time. I and my whole family are grateful to Dr Jaweed Shah and the clinic team forever.

2 hours agoReally upset with the way the Center and the Doctor handled my query. I booked this morning booking for ENT online. When I reached there they said the Doctor is on emergency leave and they gave me another appointment for evening 5.30pm. When I reached the clinic, and first they checked my weight and blood pressure. And the the Nurse asked me few questions. I was honest to say that I was tested Positive for COVID and now I have completed my Quarantine 7 days back on 28 Feb. As per DHA I got the Quarantine Certificate and told me I dont have to get test again. I hardly had much symptoms in the 10 days just block nose some times but it was resolved in few days. Last night I had bit of nose block again and went to ENT Dr. Shamim Qaisar but he refused to see me without a negative COVID report. I dont know what rules and regulation there is no such rule that I cant get consultation without getting negative test. So if I get tested if I am positive they will not consult me. If this rule is followed by all clinics in Dubai the customer who has completed Quaratine cannot go to any clinic. Really disaapointed with the service. If this was they concern they should start asking every patient in the clinic if they have COVID negative test. Also now I checked with another clinic I asked them and told them in advance and they are ready to accept

Poor assistance and service for the Receptionist. Especially the female One, I came there to visit my doctor and waited for a long time for my insurance approval.As a patient, they should not go beyond my personal life. But this receptionist called my Clinic and pretending that she is my friend and used a different name and she is asking what is my position in my Workplace and she used the personal number of Lotus Medical Centre too. We have caller ID in the Clinic and my Colleagues informed me that one lady called and asked for my position.It is not appropriate that you gathered the personal information of your patient, I did not give my info to her. But how come she knows?As a patient of yours, you have to respect us even we have the same Nationality or not, ordinary patient or rich patient, and do not cross the line. I felt bad and anxious what is her intention? Why she have to do that? I report this to my Doctor, she said that lady says sorry to her. But the lady receptionist should say sorry to me too as per my point of view. She should think the reputation of her Medical workplace, they have good Clinic.

I am giving five star rating for paediatric doctor Sivaramakrishnan. But only 3 for the medical center. We had to wait for long time, then finally called our token number, but somebody entered directly, we had to wait again. Bad system.

Very bad service. Went to consult my son for fever and the employees here were sitting like as if they are sitting in a childrens park. Tolken system not followed properly and the consulting doctor was busy with other people (clinic employees) at least 4 times came to interrupt during the consulting period despite the long wait

Almost 5 to 6 days before we went to the clinic to meet n orthopedic doctor receptionist lady told us they need to take the permission from insurance Company for X-rays agree with thisWe have METLIFE PENTA -ECO NETWORK insurance Company replied to the clinic to post right grosse amount on Thursday since till now there is no response to insurance Company from LOTUS MEDICAL CENTERPersonally I called to insurance Company they said it has been not updated from lotus clinicThis comments is just to inform the service from lotus clinicJust now I called again to lotus she was saying didn’t get any approval from insurance CompanyWhat is this ?????
