Ordered an item that was stated as new. They took the payment. Later received a message cancelling the order and offering me the exact item I had ordered at 50% price increase. I would rather not have the item than buy from these robbers.Edit: Whizz contacted me after seeing this review explaining at length how the item was incorrectly described from the supplier and to supply the actual item that I had ordered would need to be from a different supplier at AED 1000 extra. It was a very detailed mail from Whizz, explaining how it wasnt actually their fault that the product they were selling on their website was, in fact used, and not new. They pointed out that I had used them successfully previously which is true. I bought an Elgato StreamDeck because I just couldnt get it anywhere else at the time so had to bite the bullet and pay Whizz price. The product this time was a Lenovo Explorer mixed reality headset at the listed price of AED 1959. The offered replacement was to be AED 3194. I have since bought the item from Cartlow as an open box item for AED 799. The box was a little marked but the item inside was new with all manuals etc. So in conclusion, Whizz can offer a good service if their suppliers give them the correct information. My experience has proved them to be generally more expensive than other suppliers but they do stock items that other suppliers have sold out of. Also, when the order was cancelled, they refunded promptly. I have changed my star rating from 1 to 3 based on my 2 orders with them.

Had an issue with the manufacturer after placing an order. The whizz team stepped in and their intervention and constant follow up made sure the product was delivered... Extremely customer centric staff and my go to site from now for sure. Products wise, they beat Amazon hands down for choice. 👌

I have purchased an old Playstation and I received it in a perfect condition. I was informed all along the buying ans shipping process about the availability of the product. Once I started to use it I faced some technical issues as I have only European PS old games that wouldnt be supported by the PS3 who is American. Therefore, I asked for help to Whizz and they took time to do researches before coming back to me with information that was useful. They have always been responding fast all along the process. I will surely order from them again.

Good tracking service, advised that delivery may be delayed due to covid but came within specified dates. Delivery driver also kept me updated when i wasnt at home to receive parcel so he left in safe place. He kept in touch via wattsapp which really helped me out
