I have ordered items on the 26th March , that is a week ago ,the items were not delivered to me ,i sent 2 emails and i called more than 4 times and i still don’t have an answer , if there is a delay at least let me know and tell me when I’m going to receive my items. I ordered Numark mixtrack Platinum controller and M Audio AV 42 desktop monitors from Samma3a during the lockdown. My delivery was delayed by a week, apparently their logistics provider misplaced my shipment. The team at Samma3a did not wait to resolve the missing shipment issue and arranged for new units on priority to fulfill my order. Super happy with my gear and the service.

Today is the 5th Working day since I placed the order and paid online. Extremely disappointed, frustrated and tired of following up and chasing them. I dont know whats taking them so long from Dubai to Sharjah. Now I am requesting them for self pickup but still no update. This is soooooooooooooo horrible and depressing experience.
