If i could, i would not give even a one star. I was advised this company to buy tires for cheaper price. They delivered Bridgestone tires to their recommended garage. I dont know what they have done to my car. But after a year one tire exploded, another front tire is in a very bad condition. Just for information , before coming to their garage i was driving car for 4 years and nothing was wrong with alignment and tires, the same brand of tires, Bridgestone. While i was doing a check up, technicians recommended me that i would visit the garage the tires were installed . Firstly i contacted the live chat , and an agent were not very helpful , i asked the manager to call me. He said i can visit the warranty agent by 6 , but its not a problem with tires. Ok. But installation was done with their recommended garage and i have no idea what they did to my car during installation. The manager Mr.Saif said he is an expert enough to say the problem from the picture and its nothing to have with their installment. But how he can now if he didnt change my tires but recommended garage did. And nobody knows what they did, they could damage an alignment itself .

I got a set of 4 tyres with PITSTOP ARABIA. 1 month and 2 weeks later 1 tyre exploded and the other one was about to explode in the middle of the highway, almost causing me and other drivers an accident.They refused to replace them even though they were obviously under warranty. The alignment wasnt included and that was the cause of the issue (I found that later when I brought the car to a garage to fix it, which I should have done since the beginning)I had to pay for 2 extra tyres and the alignment. To sum up, better go to a garage and make sure everything is properly done. They just sell the tyres and dont deal with anything else, they send it to the garage and dont care about arising problems that you may have. I will never again deal with them for my sake and my safety.And I give 2 stars and not 1 because prices are reasonable, of course, since they dont care after they sold the tyres.

It was absolutly nice service from there online team. There manager was really nice and done a fantastic job. The ordeal started when I reached their recommended Garage, they did in around 3 hours to do a simple tire change.

In march 2021 purchased Dunlop AT20 265/60 R18 (made in Japan) from PitStopArabia. Tyres were delivered in time, replaced in a clean workshop, BUT something wrong with this tyres! I have VIBRATION of the car on speed 110-130 kmh ! Checked steering and suspension - all OK. Read many forums and the only thing that can be - it is low quality tyres. Other people faced same problem with bad tyres. May be because of parallel import.. So take care - you can really save money if compare to official suppliers, but you have to realize that you can get unlucky ticket

The worse aftersales service you could ever think off. Purchased 4 tires and was committed to nitrogen and testing of alignment which was not offer by the service provider as well noy informed to me before my purchase. The tires were delivered on the same day and Ms Rasha who confirmed to call me before 6 didnt even call me.I had to visit the next day and to my surprise the service provided wasnt aware of the things she has committed. After calling pitstop pro ms lyra completely refused to cooperate and even transfer the call to the manager. She refused that they would be offering nitrogen and alignment testing which was informed and kept debating and informing that we would not be able to check what was discussed over a business chat used by the colleague. Wooow a staff using business account whatsapp and committing to something and the company is not aware of anything, isnt that illegal?However saeedi pro Mr pramod has been helpful and on his personal approval he has got my alignment and nitrogen filling done.Not recommended to buy tires for this company at all.

Kindly be carefulI bought 4 pzeros from thereTheir teammate Miss Lyra informed me that they will not be grade MO which i payed for already but grade NO which i agreed for however upon delivery the tyres were defective enough to not be installed and that was reported from their recommended garage called stop and go Grand auto station in Jumeirah opposite city walk and when i called them i was advised to go ahead with the installation and later claim warranty which i did not choose to do so i waited for approximately 4 hours for the new tyres to arrive and be installed,After installation i discovered the Rear tyres were the ones i purchased specifically 110 y however the front 2 tyres were 104 y and the ones i paid for were 108 y and unfortunately upon discussing this with their supervisor Mr Saif he assured to fix it after getting approval from management however he has not returned my call even after me following up after few days which is extremely unprofessional, if anybody has their managers or tge owners contact number please be kind to provide me with it, please note the most unprofessional part was that He said tgat i was informed of the difference earlier by miss lyra when i was not and clearly my invoice states otherwise and they delivered the wrong tyres and i am extremely disappointed so everyone please be specific and careful upon delivery ad before installation.

I placed the order online. Got a confirmation email. (Both. Order placement and the order confirmation) Had to go to the garage to have it fixed. Called before leaving. Lady who picked up confirmed that tyres were delivered. On the way, i get a call from Saif asking if tyres i ordered were correct. Was told that the tyres had still not been delivered. Then on confirming that i had ordered correct tyres, he said the tyres are on the way. Then get a call saying that delivered tyres are defective and hence cannot fulfill order. I get angry and hence i get a call from Mr Adil. He explains and says that it is their error and that they would get back to me with other options with a special offer. get call next day from the lady at their office telling me that they can offer replacements with another brand. Price will be 600/- cheaper than their listed price and they will also provide free installation. I checkonlne on dubaityreshop.com and the price there, including fitting, is cheaper than the special offer that they were giving me. i did everything as per their site and have had to go through this ordeal. Very unprofessional and hence have asked for a refund of my transaction. Will not be using them again.
