Our washing machine broke and needed a laundry company to do the laundry for us so we tried giving the laundry to this awful company.They do not list the clothes you provide them with and when theyll return youll have some missing shirts and jackets. This is what happened to us. I bought a NEW Adidas jacket and sent it to be washed along with our other clothes. When they returned the laundry my jacket and one shirt was missing. I never got the chance to wear the jacket even once and theyre telling me they could do nothing about this because they are saying they washed our clothes altogether.This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!

The cashier is never there. You have to go back twice or more to get your receipt or your change.If you like wasting your time this is the perfect place for you 👌🏼

I availed their wash and fold service last 12 January 2021. Everything is smooth until I received my laudry which they have delivered in my sisters place. It was packed in one plastic and all the clothes are inside. Upon collecting the same and opened the plastic I noticed that my husbands recently puchased addidas jacket was missing. I called the laundry shop and they insisted that they have washed the clothes in one shot. They are instead insisting that jacket is in my house and looks like i am just making up some stories. I strongly suggest not to use their service as these people are unprofessional and cant take the accountability. What a waste!

Will never go back to this laundry shop. Very unprofessional service portrayed by staff.Go somewhere else if you do not want to lose any of your clothes. Especially the expensive ones.

Excellent Service! I regularly travel to Dubai for Work and stay in hotels near by. I have used other Laundry options in the area but have to admit these guys are the best in lot.Affordable prices, friendly staff, great quality and best part is they are always on time. DO NOT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE! You will lose some of your clothes and they will not do anything about it. You just need to accept that your clothes are gone.

I generally dont do reviews online but thought of sharing my great experience with everyone to help this small upcoming business.Have been using their services for more than a year. These guys definitely offer great price and professional pick-up delivery services.Be it a regular dress or my expensive office clothing, they handle all the clothes with utmost care and I have never ever faced any problemswith them in the last 1 year.

I was using their services for pressing only. Today their guy came for pickup of the laundry and I gave my dress in a hanger as it was an expensive dress. I dont know what happened during the delivery and the dress reaching the store. The store guy sent me a pic with a damage on the dress. I called them immediately as I showed the dress to pickup guy and it was fine. While Im talking to the manager he starts shouting at me and refuse to accept. I kept telling him that ill call the police if he continue to misbehave. he told me go ahead call whoever you want and I do not care! and telling me that Ive never gotten a service before and acting such way and blaming us. this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. I Always get dry-cleaning services from reputed companies. I thought ill give them a chance. but never again!

Put customer experience at your core! For three times I was promised to get my clothes ready on a *specific* time and yet were late.Your call agent barely can communicate effectively, so why employ him for that task? He even claimed to be the manger.Stop cutting corners as it will just hurt your business.

Really horrible!!! Had to return something for a second time to get it cleaned properly; and got it back even more dirty and had a foul smell! Not sure how is that even possible, never ever going to use again and not recommended!

I wish I can complain to higher authorities about incompetent people who open business without any knowledge in communication and customer service and laundry business.1. They call during a Friday pretending that you used their services before2. They say your laundry will be ready the day after and then the second day at 9:00PM at night they inform you the suits are not ready although the same day they confirm the driver will bring them in the evening.3. They lied by saying the driver delivered them, then that the suits are not ready. Get your story right before answering a client!Last time I am using their poor services!

Worst experience ever.I gave them 8 premium shirts for cleaning pointing out that they should be extremely careful. I got 6 of them back all over with black burnt stains. They claimed that the iron was to hot and that they will take it back for cleaning and it will be fine. I was very skeptical but wanted to give them a chanceAgain I got the shirts back with black stains and additionally they scrubbed of the color damaging the shirts even further.Pointing out that this is totally unacceptable they wanted to wash them again and I declined this to not make it worse.They offered a refund but the guy delivering the shirts said that he has to pay it from his own pocket and that he is only earning 50Dhs a day.Trying to find a social solution I approached the owner directly but the only offer was to again wash my shirts.Be aware of this Laundry service - not only does the management not seem to care about their quality, the personell has to compensate the lack of proper quality from their own pocket.
