Butlers has a huge capacity to process Linen as a commercial Laundry. Meanwhile, it is losing its charm in the market due to lack customer service as expected. Still a good choice for quality results. They have been in the business for a very long period.

This company has taken my carpet but will not return it. I have called them many times, they dont seem to know what is going on, constantly saying they will chase it but never call me to arrange delivery. Now thy wont even answer my calls.I would recommend you use someone like champion cleaners.

I had a bad experience at the laundry mate not once but twice with the washers at the location on Booth Holloway. They advertise 50 % of on washers Mond.ay thru Thumrsday from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. Not once but 2 times I went there at 6:00 am to do my laundry and washers were still charging full price. But at 7:00 am they changed to the half price. I couldnt wait till 7 to start my laundry so I went ahead and did my laundry at full price. The first time I called the corporate office and complained about being changed full price. I HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM.The second time I called MICHELLE and told her of the situation with the washers. Michelle was very nice and very apologetic about the situation. She also PAID ME THE DIFFERENCE OUT OF HER OWN MONEY. KNOWING that CORPORATE would not pay her back. I took pictures of the washers with prices and the prices and time and the same when the washers changed prices sent the pictures to CORPORATE. I still HAVE NOT heard anything from CORPORATE. But MANY THANK YOU TO MICHELLE my problem was resolved.So for MITCHELLS quick and kind responses to the situation I give Butlers Laundry a 5 STAR RATING.Corporate a big 0. In fact I do believe that CORPORATE SHOULD PAY HER BACK THE MONEY SHE PAYED ME . For the difference on the washers. So I will say THANK YOU AGAIN MICHELLE.
