I have been using this company for a few years now. Every now and then my husband would complain that the shirts we gave for dry cleaning would come back slightly tighter but we didn’t make a big deal out of since they reassured us that they only dry clean them and do not wash them. About a month ago I gave my brand new blazer to be dry cleaned and it came back obviously pressed and not steamed. How can you press a suit blazer?! I had a small argument with them but continued to use their services. Yes, my fault I know! I should have discontinued their services immediately considering the lack of response I had from them. They didn’t even refund me. A few days back I gave them a designer skirt costing 4000 dhs and it came back with the lining being about an inch longer. This is where I draw the line! So I urge you to reconsider using this company if you have pricey items as they probably just wash the items or use poor quality dry cleaning technology. This company is only good for washing T-shirt’s and socks.
