Their staff dont seem to know or understand their own shop policy/ refund policy. Appauling service. The receipt was in black and white and refusing to refund without management approval. The manager didnt answer the phone the first 6-7 times and when he did, couldnt answer the question and had the shop keeper call corporate. Finally he just gave me my money back.I called corporate to file an official complaint as the operational and managerial staff do not know simple policies. After talking with them it seems they have recently changed their trying policies but havent updated their receipts. However if you have a valid receipt where is written a 7 day refund and the product is intact, they must honour this without having to call 10 people!!
