Worst experience ever, not recommending anyone, wasting alot of time... My brother is taking a bike license from EDI and his instructor is changing, booking and rescheduling his school and even RTA test without informing him, when we spoke to customer care they told us to coordinate with Instrutor as he is the one booking, when we spoke with Instrutor he became angry as why we are calling him and why brother of student calling him so he told me that my brother is lucky he reschedule his test and gave him very close date of RTA test.. Kindly note that my brother booked RTA test10 days before and it was scheduled on 28th June 2021 but on 27th June he received a RTA message that his RTA test reschedule on 5th July 2021...We registered a complaint to helpline and after his instructor called him back next day and told him that he is very lucky as he gave him 5th July date for the test.I dont know if his Instrutor or call center representatives thinking we are fools mean how the instructor telling us we are lucky and he is rescheduling already booked test???

Very bad service, first they tell you that it will cost 4000 , then you end up paying more than 10000, the reason is they keep you failing even if you are a good driver so they can keep making more money by adding more lessons. Also the location of the school is bad , it’s located in industrial area and the place is just full of trucks

I had an amazing experience driving he was very welcoming and understanding which made me more confident at driving Mr ikramullah really friendly and very kind absolutely lovely instructor.......

Call center, coordinators and scheduling departments are extremely rude and unprofessional. The call center agent started shouting at me and didn’t understand anything I said to him. There was no way to get to coordinator or call center supervisor. Extremely unhappy, especially considering the price you actually pay. Will not recommend this school to anyone I know and definitely can’t recommend it to anyone reading this.

I will rate specifically the LULU Al Barsha Branch, This guy really needs replacement or enough training regarding all the details or inquiries that should be rendered to customers and clients. I really dont want to rant but I cant help as the information that was shared to us are all wrong! now my brother is stuck with the mistake of this indian guy who took the full payment and all the requirements asked and enrolled my brother but when he went to EDI Al Quoz to do his driving, they told him to pay again and go back to zero!! why this guy have to deceive us? he shouldnt enroll my brother anyway if he is not illegible in that said course? I should have believed of some google reviews here before going to that branch.!WORST SERVICE
