I just had a very unprofessional experience. I’m a student and I’m still learning and trying my level best. During my smart yard assessment, the guy who assisted me was instructing me with his high-tone voice and it’s as if the driving school paid me to be their student. Instead of setting a good mood to start the test well, he actually ruined it with the tone of his voice and the way he talked. Don’t get me wrong. I can accept assessment failures because I accept the fact that I am still a STUDENT and that’s why I also signed up for a contract package.You will get good recommendations from your students if your employees can do their work professionally.

I passed my drivers test on Friday and I couldnt have done this without the guidance and support of my instructor, Ms. Anisa & hart. They was patient with me every step of the way and corrected my mistakes as they noticed them. I would highly recommend getting them as your instructor especially for first time drivers!

I was assigned Ms.Aliyah my driving lessons. She has helped me gain confidence while driving and taught effectively. She had corrected all my mistakes with utmost patience. For the last two classes I was assigned Ms.Anisa. She further pointed out my mistakes and corrected them and made sure I didnt repeat them over and over. Myself a new learner and a beginner found driving as so tough untill I was assigned to instructor Anisa Yousuf. She made me feel so comfortable and boosted my confidence very well. Her motivating words were so encouraging and helped to find out my weakness and get trained on it. She clearly observers out driving mistakes and gives us the right instructions then and there. Learning and getting license is easy if we get her as our instructor. And booking support executive Shina was also helpful to book the classes as per my timings and requirements. She never missed any updates on student appointments.

My experience from Dubai Driving Center is too good especially the trainers are so helpful and supportive to their students. They are always there to help student if any difficult face. My trainer was Khushnuda ma’am and Nizar Hussain both the trainers taught me so well right from parking to road assesment, I will recommend future students to take training from them. Very bad experience I will not share to anyone in ddc schoolI fail 8time angle parking so many I take class when I give the test rta said sensor touching but I am not getting dubai passport I am getting driving licence but I am paying money

Inconsistent teachings. They missed to teach many pointers. Then, when u fail they will not discuss what made u failed. They keep wasting ur time going back again and again for assessment. I was discussing with my colleagues taking the course in other school, they know everything very well, properly thought and discussed their failures in details. Even booking schedule is complicated. They will tell you they booked it but when u call only then they will make a request again and again and again especially when you are in contract. Too bad i enrolled in Dubai driving center which is hopeless. If only i can refund my money to use it better than being wasted in this school.

I did my classes with Miss Anisa,She was a really good mentor. I received my license in the first try I passed RTA. She’s very professional. Her training is very clear. Communication skills are very good. Instructions are clear. She will keep repeating to help u understand better. She focus on what’s important during driving. I want to commend and thank my instructor Ms. Hanadi for being so helpful, approachable and very good in teaching me how to drive even though sometimes I repeatedly forget the road rules.I had her support throughout my journey as a student in DDC. As a learner, whats more important than just grasping the driving skills is the mental aspect and confidence that plays a major role in being a safe driver and for which having an instructor like Ms. Anisa matters a lot. She is someone who treats you like the way a toddler is learning to walk, who keeps falling but doesnt stop until its learnt. They are following all the corona precautions by sanitizing the institute daily. Instructors, special trainers are more responsible and taking additional care for their students. Ms Shahin is polite and humble. She helps me book classes frequently. And Hanadi mam is such a wonderful trainer and examinar.. I got my license today, thanks to my teacher Anisa, she is good on what she do, obviously she is well experience as a teacher, you will learn easily as long as you focus and cooperate on what they are teaching. About Instructor:I would like to thank myinstructor AHMAD ABDULLAH ISLAHIwho taught me very well. I have cleared my RTA test after taking classes from him. He is very professional, softspoken and punctual. He tecahes evey minor/major aspect which is necessary to pass the final RTA test.I highly recommend him for all the classes.Thanks a lot.About School:The school is good but sometimes they dont schedule classes earlier and give a long gap between classes. I got my license today, thank you DDC! Im so grateful and sincerely thankful for having Aliya Kushnuda Begum as my instructor. She is a big part of my journey here. She thought me a lot of things which I needed to pass the RTA tests and most importantly she has helped me to gain my confidence with her unending patience. For the beginners like me confindence is very important, RTA rules can be easily learned but sometimes hard to execute while driving especially when there are many hazard and pressure on the road, but if you have enough confidence you will easily remember all the rules and you can keep your composure while driving and of course will result to safe driving. There are many skilled instructors, but Aliya aside for being very skilled instructor she has a lot of patience which the students needed in order to pass the tests. Last year I joined Dubai driving school for my driving lessons. I was not comfortable with the first instructor provided to me and asked for a change. They referred me to Ms Aliya .I found Alia very patient ,caring and an effective instructor What makes learning with Alia better than other instructor is her very relaxed, calm and encouraging attitude which made me feel comfortable on my lessons. if I make any mistake , she used to guide me about how to do it better the next time. Lessons with her made more confident and she was always ready to answer to any of my queries at all times. Just started today and its one of the best places to start your driving lessons. Staffs are well trained and disciplined. Especially the timings are spot on.

My instructor, Anisa was an absolutely lovely teacher. She was very patient and caring and she taught me all the driving rules and regulations in a very good approach. Due to corona and a bit of my busy schedule i was very much out of practice, but thanks to my teacher aliya, who was very patient and understanding with my driving. I waited a long time to get my driving licence in Dubai because I had a fear of driving. I finally decided to get it done after the lockdown was lifted.I decided to go to DDC since I heard really good things about this school. From the very beginning I was assisted and had no issues whatsoever. I specifically asked for an instructor who would be patient with me since I was nervous. Alia di was assigned to me.I cannot emphasize how good Alia is. From the very first day she made me feel at ease.She explained things to me in a very simple manner,including little tips and tricks on how to do things.She didnt mind repeating herself if I asked questions again. She Even the way she corrects you if you a make a mistake is amazing. She is a genuinely supportive instructor.I finished all my classes with her and passed my Rta parking test in my very first attempt.I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a patient and kind instructor. She will help tremendously to get you driving with confidence.

Worst school ever when it comes to booking RTA tests they won’t allow you to choose dates or times , they won’t tell when available dates, they will only say we will submit the request and you get the date and time they choose. Unlike any other school.

The instructor there is phenomenal, thats why the 5-star rating. My wife trained with Khushnuda (Aliya) there and she really helped my wife improve her driving skills immensely.Also, the staff there is very cooperative. Shaheena supported my wife with class bookings and made sure she got the class schedules that suited her time.Really appreciate their professionalism.Highly recommended!

I started my training with miss Aliya. She’s been one of the greatest teachers. Although I haven’t learned driving before, I got my license in less than 2 months, whereas my father spent around 3 months in another driving school. Miss Aliya really helped me and taught me the best ways, tricks and turns. She has always helped me learn from my mistakes and understood my way of learning. The school is such an amazing place. Its good near to metro station ..

Registered on 16th of May and got my license on 20th of July. Took me time only because of the huge (from 1 week to 10 days) in between an assessment and last class (🙄) which is annoying because then u have to take an extra class right before an assessment so less chance to fail. Branch manager or school is very helpful lady and a nice person so in case of any issues go to her straight away. The key of any school are instructors of course, so if you a lucky (for ladies only) you may ask for ALYA, an amazing Indian lady I was blessed to get as my first instructor! Unfortunately because of pandemic situation teachers had to self quarantine and change shifts for 2 weeks so I’ve got another instructor, Shahzadi, who I had very unpleasant experience with((( 0% of professionalisms and -0% care of you to actually pass school parking test and road assessment🤷🏻‍♀️ Had to loose almost a MONTH for rebooking new parking assessment dates and BUY extra driving hours just because she never mentioned the most important details. Thanks God I came back to ALYA and all the rest of learning journey went well! School assessments are very helpful before the actual RTA tests so that was a good option for me to practice and do not fail RTA ones. So if you get a decent instructor (which I’m sure most of them are) you should not have any problems like I did. Also guys pay a big attention on what they tell you to pay and what u actually paying!! Because me and my friend with exactly the same amount of hours got different amounts of money which is confusing as well🤷🏻‍♀️ Any ways my license are here, I’ve got the best experience with ALYA, who actually made me stop being scared of crazy Dubai traffic so I can recommend this school

I am student of ddc Al Quesais My experience in this institute is good when I stard that Tim my own instructor is shazadi bano and she is a good teacher she know a better way how to teach a student but know I cant get with her any class because am at the contract know am missing other instructors of these school Mr Ibrahim also he is very nice man some time he is taking my class am confused but he gave me best guidance about of driving miss baibs examinar she is also very nice she is good Now she is giving me classes she know a better way how to teach a student I am happy with her 😊

DDC is one of the best driving school, one could ever attend. It was my first RTA road test and it was very overwhelming to hear that i passed in my first try as I have never driven before anywhere.To my luck I got Mrs. Shahzadi Bano as my driving instructor. She trained me extremely well. She is so knowledgeable and cares for every student like her own child. She definitely deserves to be one of the examiners as my experience with her is one of the bestI would like to share my experience in the RTA yard test, which I cleared in my first attempt. My instructor taught me all the right points, right from adjusting the seats and the mirror, to turning the steering at the right time to park without touching the lines. It helped me gain confidence in controlling the brakes while parking the vehicle. Every hour of driving training of mine, was worth every minute as it helped me drive better and safer.I thoroughly enjoyed every driving hour of mine. She encouraged me to take more classes and to practise more and then proceed for the final RTA test so that I dont fail, which definitely helped me.Its really rare to find instructors who will take all their time and effort to make sure the students pass, as I found her very dedicated and sincere to her work.I can confidently say that my driving training with DDC was a great success especially with my wonderful instructor. I would highly recommend Shahzadi Ma’am, as shes truly amazing at what she does. I am certainly asking my siblings to join DDC with Mrs. Shahzadi Maam and Im grateful for all her lessons.

Im a current student here and Im very disappointed with my entire experience, I wouldnt reccommend this institute to anybody. Extremely unorganized and poor quality of instructors who dont teach well. Communication and cooperation is very poor from their side. Their schedules arent flexible at all and specially very rigid for working professionals to cope up with their tad timings and time table. Lastly they never pick up at no matter what time you call and they just have 1 number they give you to call and communicate.

This is my experience with the school: registered on May 3rd, license on July 6th. Theory part at home on their online platform. It does not contain all knowledge necessary for the test. You have to download the official rta handbook and read it entirely, but it was accessible so no huge complains on that. Quality could be better. They have PLATINUM for cabin crew which offers a significant discount, maybe the cheapest out of all. NOW i need to mention my instructor ALYA. She is the best out of the bunch and i couldnt have been happier to get her. She is professional, explains everything as simple as can be, very patient, she gives you enough room to let you make your minor mistakes and then learn from them, no stress, straightforward, she asked me what was my weakest point and fear about driving and we insisted on it for more hours so i could perfect it. i even brought two more girls to the school with me and they love her. I wish the branch manager could see this and consider her for future opportunities. i also had a bad experience with another instructor which i dont recommend, Shehzadi, that i had for only 1 hour, well 35 minutes actually, she arrived 15 minutes late, finished 10 mins early and kept gossiping and pushing me to change all my classes with her. Rude and invasive. For platinum holders double check that they actually register and submit it in the system. All in all a good experience, cant say enough good word about Alya. She is amazing! The worst place to get a driving licence. They just want to get as much money out of you as they can. They have the worst customer service, no one is there at their respective offices or counters at all. They will keep you waiting for hours while busy in their cafeterias having tea. Thieves.Not at all recommended.

That review should be 3 years ago. You may not believe this but I got my license in 20 days, I was lucky to meet a true professional instructor (the 2nd one, as the first was just sleeping during my first 2 classes then I didn’t book with him again) so that instructor guided me to pass all the driving tests from the first attempt. I will never forget that nice experience with them.

Oh my god. Its about my experience.If we go restaurant they will have to give food, or grocery they will provide some items when we are paying. But here specially asian arrogants unfortunately sitting in driving schools will give you nothing because they know only daily activities like eating and sleeping.

It should be named Never going to get your license until your bankrupt center. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my whole entire life. Waited on the phone for 2 hours today no one picked up, emailed customer service no one replied. If you want to feel like killing yourself please please do join DDC they are clearly the best institute in that. However 5 stars for racism, and being absolutely useless in teaching you to drive. The only education the staff seem to have is the degree of looting.

I had a good experience with Dubai Driving Center. Came to know; how to safe drive in road. I had a Good instructor to tough me about rules and regulation and law and how to bring confident in your self to drive in the road. All over is good experience. All the bestThanks.

Worst place to get a driving licence.They will never pick up the phone.They will give u classes after weeks and weeks of waiting.All instructors are pathetic.Do not care about you or. your lisence.They just want to make u pay and gossip with u.WORST WORST WORST WORST PLACE.DO NOT EVER GO HERE.PLEASE DO NOT EVER MAKE THIS MISTAKE THERE ARE MANY OTHER INSTITUTES.3 MONTHS INTO THE APPLICATION AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY LISENCE.

Worst institute Ive ever seen in my life. I cannot comprehend how they are still running with the way the behave to their customers. All they want is money and to waste your time. So if you wish to get your license 10 years after applying and wasting around 20k ddc is the perfect place for you.
