Lady on the cashier insisted to sell me a dress for 90 dirhams while the label clearly indicated discount to 50. Her explanation was that they didn’t correct the price and that they are human to make a mistake.My answer was that mistakes that can be corrected are not mistakes but neglect and that they actually not human but representing a company. They should know the customer rights that say that the customer has to pay whatever is written in label. Not what the cashier decided is the right price. I cancelled my whole order because of this poor customer service and the untrained stuff who argue with customers instead of knowing the basic rules
