Terrible services. I asked them for chandelier installation. Within 2 days, one of the chandelier suffered a breakage. A part of it is broken and hanging. I called them several time but they are not picking up the phone. And they refuse to acknowledge that it may have been their fault. And they wont even visit for checking the problem. They are not friendly to talk and are unprofessional in behaviour.One more thing this company outsourced the work to another company for this job. The job was done by Taher Bin Naiser Technical Services LLC.It is clear they are utterly irresponsible and unreliable service providers.

Shani was extremely reactive. I sent a message on WhatsApp late evening and he came the morning after with the right equipment for a very good price. Work was done in 10 minutes and it was perfect! Couldn’t recommend more!

Terrible customer care, no manners at all. Electrician came cannot detect the root cause, at the end I told him what to do to solve the problems. Simple job charging 250AED, its too expensive

Very helping guys. I called them for some emergency electric short circuit work and there handyman resolve my problem on call without charging a single dirham. Best handyman service provider.

Very bad experience - absolute no go. Had an electricity issue in the evening (breaker released all the time). They sent extremely unprofessional guy who was scratching his balls all the time while trying to convince me that my fridge is the problem - until I pulled an extension cord from another plug and the prove that the fridge does not cause a problem.After, they promised to send me a price and come back in the morning to replace the breaker. No one called, no one reached out. Messages on whatsapp remain unanswered.All they did is charging a service fee for late evening consultation (200 AED) for doing nothing!

I am new in Dubai, i rented and apartment in discovery garden and my electricity went off last night, i found this company on google maps and Thank God they answered my call mid night and they reach my place within one hour and they resolve the electricity problem within 15 minutes, Thank you guys nice experience with yoh.

Extremely disappointed in the services .. management dont set right expectations.. the team is not skilled in assembling a simple 2 door wardrobe .. and the management still decided to send them and charge you on hourly basis .. it took the team to 3 hours to assemble a standard wardrobe ..

Mid of the night my commode broke and water start coming out with too much bad smell, i google online and found HMSD Handy Man Services Dubai, they came on urgent basis could not replace it at that because shops were closed but the remove old one and put some foam on hole to protect me from bad smell, then next day early morning they came with new commode, really thank full to you guys.

I got some water leak in my bathroom which cause electric short circuit, your handyman guy fix both of the things on very urgent basis, i am thankfull, i will really recommend you guys.

Really bad service! Apart from damaging the ceiling... the job I requested was not done plus as they didn’t know what I was talking about, basically were not qualified! Plus, extremely expensive to simply change 3 bulbs, the only thing they are qualified to do apparently!!

Handyman was not professional and not committed to their time. charged more than the market price. They charged for 2 handyman but eventually only one person worked other person was helper and I am not supposed to be charged for that. Very unprofessional workmanship.

Called them to install simply 4 lamps in the ceilling, offered the price 150 AED for each lamp. Unbelieveable!!!

They dont help to resolve the issue, they just look for the 50 AED consultation fees they charge with no reason

Unprofessional , they said they will change the toilet top piece with the flush pump for AED 550 and when I opened it after they fixed the new piece as they said I saw they fix the same one that I had as plus they didn’t give me any recipient seems they don’t belong to any company!

We needed to have some electric work and plumbing issues in our building. They were available and did the job quickly at good price.

No showing, fake service , the kept me waiting for hours
