For the first time in 10 years in our place in the Ranches we finally fully enjoyed winter in Dubai with our lounge doors open enjoying the outside air. The quality of these screens is next level and well worth the money. Strong enough that they have stood up to our two chunky bulldogs and four cats who sometimes like to climb them. They also have a locking function. Money well spent!

I chose Safety Screen purely based on the Google review but did not regret at all. From the online consultation, the team was very kind and detailed and serve my requirement promptly and precisely. The measurement visit could be short and brief if I did not ask many questions. The installation was professional and precise. One of the technician - sorry that I can not remember his name - had a work experience in my home country so we had a pleasant chat about his time.The product was exact color matching with the existing frames as recommended by the measuring team. Highly recommended.Only negative side was it took 2 and half weeks to have the product prepared. Later I got to know that all the other suppliers are offering the same lead time as it is being manufactured overseas. If I need to install the insect screen, I will definitely come back to the Safety Screen.

Id like to highlight that the service from Safety screens was incredible. From the first visit where Alfred took the right measurements, explained the products properly and followed up quickly with a quote, through to the communication whilst the screens were being assembled to accommodating my timelines for installation. The installation itself was seamless and the team done a fantastic job. The screens are great quality, easy to use and will be great for the winter months to enjoy.

We installed our pleated screens over a year ago now and they are still going strong, we love them and recommend them to anyone who asks! So much neater than regular screens and much much longer lasting too (even with pets in the house!)

Just had Safety Screens install 3 sets of fly screens on our ground level doors. James and his team are very professional and made the installation process very easy with excellent results. The actual screens are well made and slide away nicely into the door frame.James, the owner and manager of Safety Screens, visited our villa, did the measuring and explained the process.During the installation process, we experienced a small problem in our kitchen where we had ceramic tile laid up to the existing kitchen door. During removal of the original old sliding screens, some damage occurred to a few of our kitchen tiles that bordered the door. This damage occurred due to the very tight fit of the old screens and was not foreseen by myself or Safety Screens.James was more than helpful and accommodating to us in resolving this damage. He had the existing 3 tiles removed, replaced and regrouted, returning the area to the original finish. He even paid for the replacement tiles from RAK, no questions asked.We experienced very minimal inconvenience and I think James was more upset about the damage than we were. A testimony to this companies professionalism and interest in providing complete satisfaction to their customers.In conclusion, I would highly recommend Safety Screens for any home owner looking to add retractable fly screens to their villa doors. The screens are beautifully finished, tuck away easily into the door frame and are very easy to use when needed. James and Safety Screens are dedicated to ensuring their customers satisfaction and we were more than satisfied with the care and attention we received.

All around...absolutely amazing. From the time we initially reached out to Safety Screens, we were impressed. They were very infomative over the phone. They had a technician to our home the next day to take measurements, and provided us with a quote that SAME Day!!! Then, 2 weeks later, their crew was here to install our custom-made screen doors. They are great quality, with strong magnets (my toddler cannot open them and that makes me feel very safe). They have been so responsive and reply quickly to all inquiries. Lord of the Flies(creens)! Just had two fly screens installed at our villa in the Springs. Very happy with the quality of the screens and the professionalism of the entire team at Safety Screens. Had brand new retractable screens installed in our villa and cant be any happier and satisfied with it. I had two sliding doors made with the stainless steel mesh screen. They have a secure lock system which means I can leave my glass door open without having to worry about intruders! Totally worth the price for the peace of mind, excellent quality product that you get, impecable work and professional team. They do not leave any mess behind and even carry their hand held vaccum! I was simply impressed by the level of professionalism!
