Been there multiple times and almost there on my way to getting my license, absolute professionals. Well organized training center, punctual and the atmosphere inside during the theory training is absolutely perfect. Ask for Leo he’s my guy there and makes everything simple and easy. I thought I’d never learn how to dive but my guy Leo made it possible. Thanks a lot and will be there next week for my deep dive.

Dont believe any negative reviews.. Life time experience ever had professionally trainers good staff.. For beginners must try dont afraid even i dont know swimming and having anxiety bt i had very wonderful experience.. Let me explain u little bit.. Once u book they will invite u to come their center were they brief u for 20 minut give u small lecture how to swim and do scuba kn water what to do and dont in water.. Then they will take you to kite beach where prepare ur self with oxygen cylinder and step by step they will take u in the water even train u when u reach to water and make u to have proper understanding abt scuba and teach u physically so my highly recommend u to plz try if u r beginner and dnt knw swimming and having fear abt water once u tried this u will get understanding for more deep scuba.. Totally worth it and one of the best experience ever had.. Thx to their team and divers

We had a good experience on this tour with Bermuda Diving Center. They have provided the free transportation from theirs office to the beach. They have good experienced instructors. There is a guy who instructed us from Sri Lanka.

I like to try this Scuba for a long time, Atlast I went there alone and enjoyed this scuba diving with new people, The trainer from Srilanka(Shan) and another one from the Philippines are really good and patience to train very well, Overall I have enjoyed a lot, Many of my friends want to try this now, Thanks to Bermuda Diving center team

Instructor - GoodTransportation car from centre to beach - GoodTransportation car from beach to centre - worse no ac in it.They paid attention mostly for western peoples and clicked more pictures videos of them during scuba.Where as I got only hardly got very very very least pictures of less than 10 hardly which highly disappointed me a lot where as mentioned they paid attention to western countries customer and had like 100+ pictures videos of them combined.It was terrible for me that their customer are not treated equivalent....

Loved the ambience. We had a warm welcome from the start to end. All people over there are very sweet.We went for scuba diving and it was a great experience. The trainer was very talented, sweet and patient all the time.

Why 3 and not 5Therr customer care is very bad and lack empathy at every level.We had two small kids and nanny to take care of them। the way front desk treated us, made us feel that having and bringing kids was a biggest mistake of the day... Rushing and commanding leading us to rush and getting hurt. Will not recommend if only customer care is concerned.Divers and equipment and trainers are good and if they are providing their services as an individual, they can be rated at 5

The stag was good they explain everything to you and answer all your questions even the instructor while diving u can feed the fish and swim around 5m under water or you can chose the 18m under water

This is NOT SCUBA DIVING..!!!We literally dived on a beach. The dive usually happens on a site.. where you can at least see some coral reef and some fishes.. mainly to experience life underwater.Here visibility itself is hardly 2-3 mtrs, coz of sand and dirt and 20 fishes at a fixed spot which you can feed.I took their so called diving for training and was expecting to go to some site for deep dive only to discover its all over.Save your 300 bucks guys.Well if you wanna do it anyways i will list down pros and cons:PROS: Training was good, Equipment provided was fine. Fish feeding was good.Photos taken only during fish feeding were not great but okay(well the photos couldnt disappoint me more than the dive)CONS:1. Fish feeding is all you are going for, not a scuba dive.2. You have to walk from parking till beach with all heavy gears and cylinder on your back for a little less than ½km.3. They make you hold your hands to guys on your left and right so that you stay in group, which is fine, but it makes impossible for you swim underwater and ultimately that ends in the trainer pulling everyone along.

The people who suppose to support you under the water are not professional even impolite .. i paid money to have fun not to be treated as i am in school.. after i told my bad experience to the quality team they offered discount. But i wont go again even for free

I have made the best decision to start my diving adventure at this center. My instructor, Ronald, is one of the best in the industry with over 10K+ dives under his belt. He made me feel at ease throughout my OW and AOW courses and made my diving experience so enjoyable. Highly recommended. Dive with them.

Its ok to take some photos & Video but if you really wana do a Scuba Diving this is not the perfect place..... its a Beach Under water Diving actually... they will take you Jumeirah Beach and walk into water & go inside the water.... yes they call it scuba diving

The place is great. Our instructor Robert was funny too. Unfortunately our diving got postponed to next Friday (Jan 29) due to bad weather. Fingers crossed and will keep you posted.

Dear all scuba diver.Let me describe my experience of scuba diving at Bermuda diving center.First of all the diving centre is at the prime location and close to the beach area.In this corona pandemic they are maintained very high level of hygiene and safety standards.Diving center and facilities are absolutely amazing with amazing staff.On coming to reception , the staff is very very friendly and helping hands to complete formalities. Upon completion of forms fill up formalities they will direct you to theory season at briefing room.All instructors are highly qualified and well experienced. In first season Mr. Robert will explain how to use the equipments properly, than signs under water and last your Q / A.After that they will provide you your size of suit and fins.After that on beach there will be practical training part, where experts will demonstrate all the activities which has been taught at training center.After that you are going to see the entire different world under water, like fish feeding, under water views and all..Dont miss this opportunity in Dubai with this amazing Bermuda diving center.I would like to thank and appreciate Mr. Robert and Ronald for his cooperation support and experience..God bless.RegardsRavi Joshi

Like other times that I dived I assumed we were going to go out in a boat and do some real diving. Instead we stayed very close to the shore and there was almost nothing if anything at all to see in the ocean.

The owner and the dive instructor, Robert, are awesome! Both were helpful, kind, and patient.

For a good scuba diving experience, instructors play a very important role. In this case, Instructor Eric was extremely rude to me and my 15 year old niece who had finally dropped off during the dive. It was a terrible experience.Plus:Nothing at allMinus:Terrible experience with the instructor

If you want to do snorkeling and be called as ‘scuba diving’ then this is the place! It’s nothing compared to scuba diving experience compared to other countries like Thailand! The water is not so clear, only handful fishes, time wasted in detailed training unless u want to be a professional diver! (Even for them it’s not the right place). U won’t even go in deep sea, just about 4 meters that too so close to the shore! To be honest they should not even claim this to be scuba diving. It’s too stressful as there is no proper and efficient procedure for selecting the size of the suits, fins, and then they put heavy equipment on you and make you walk for almost half a kilometer to reach the shore which is so tiring! It’s so stress free to dive in other countries. If you still want to go for you to get pics and videos just to pretend that you scuba dived then opt for the 12 PM slot as they delay it so much that 12 PM slot go by 3 and 3 PM slot by 5 PM. By this time there is not much light and no fishes to see at all! All in all I suggest to not opt for Bermuda scuba diving, if you want, you go in Fujairah and check for deep sea diving options. But here you are made so exhausted by the time u get into water. And even after all that stress there, the diving (snorkeling that is) is not worth that time, money and stress! #worstscubaexperience

The staff is super friendly and our first dive was great. It wouldve been even better if the staff remembered it was our birthdays and we told them this information in order to have a free celebration (as advertised on their website).

They were amazing and friendly as team especially The trainer Aster who tolerated my fear and helped me well to overcame it, I thank him as its mean a-lot for me. They only thing needs to be better is the diving location, the one i have been has no carols.

Bermuda Diving is a must visit if you are in Dubai, Great Experience. Kudos for the whole team for making our visit with extraordinary experience. Ela in the front desk is very helpful and polite.

In my personal opinion not worth the cost of 300aed which is also at a promotional offer. I think it would be reasonable if its near a 150-200 bucks. The instructor was much like rude(the onewe got), heard him shouting in between.No signs of hygiene on equipment, towels provided or almost everythingNo sanitizersEven after use, all heavy equipment including oxygen cylinder was to be brought to the parking from the beach by each individuals by own.

My son Huzaifa, 11 yrs old had been for Scuba for the first time.I was highly impressed with the training and course f for the full time he enjoyed with the buddiesImprovement would be to not smoke in front of kids.

The diving instructor was very very arrogant throughout the process. His instructions underwater were not at all clear, and after some time he gave up trying to teach us by declaring that we wont be able to do it. This is not how diving centers are supposed to operate, and definitely not what we paid for. It seemed as if he was constantly annoyed due to the fact that we were beginners, and expected us to understand everything perfectly in one go. I would not recommend this to anyone visiting Dubai. I am not sure how the other centers are, but their instructors will probably not be this arrogant. I had a really bad experience, so choose wisely.

A thrilling experience as this was my first time ever. The staffs are very friendly and professional, Leo our guide has been a tremendous help to my struggles in the beginning. All in all, it was an exciting experience - as the name suggests; it feels like you are diving under the Bermuda Triangle (scary yet adventurous). Highly recommended!

First I sign up for Open Water with Scuba Shades and they made so complicated and I have to give up and whatever I paid was just waste! Came a cross about Bermuda Dive Center and had 2nd thoughts yet walk-in to Dive center spoke to spoke to Mr. Ali & and another guy, they’re so professional and with positive vibe. Sign up again and started the training session with Mr Ronald. Talking about Mr. Ronald such a legend and who extremely give you time to learn and make sure your confident about what your doing. Overall great experience and happily certified. Thanks Bermuda Team! Keep up the good work & the positive vibe!

I am really not happy with the service. Firstly I bought the Groupon and was agreed my package was VIP. They added 2 more guys so we were 5 people, and the most important is the pictures and that was disaster. Mostly all blurry. The videos also bad and shaky. I couldn’t even see my face.
