Very bad Experience, Unfortunately we got very bad trainers Shanker & Shan.My oxygen cylinder was not working properly and they refused to change it. Total pathetic and waste of money.I could not dive due to cylinder issue. All training in shallow water was done in 5 minutes instead of 30 mins.Under water dive for my group was done in 10-15 minutes instead of 45 mins.I dont know why trainers where in such a hurry, I hope management will take strict actions against this to avoid the same disappointment I faced.Ideally they are supposed to give me a compensation for this as my diving did not happen due to defect in their oxygen cylinder and they refused to do anything about it.

Total disappointment. We were assigned by the worst 2 trainers- Shankar and Shan. They took us out of the water in less than 30 mins although we paid for 75 mins.Other groups under our time slot were still being trained in shallow water by their guides when we were asked to leave by Shankar.The oxygen cylinder was not working for one of my team member and they didnt even change or fix it for him. They made him stand in the shallow water and was asked to leave after 15 mins.I hope the management take strict action against these trainers to avoid this issue for other paying customers.

Its a amazing experience in underwater diving...i enjoyed alots with my friends with bermuda diving centre and the instructor is very supporting to us...its really to amazing

Worst customer service ever.As a family person never visit there.As i took my friend with me for scuba diving we went on beach as she got panicked and didn’t wanted to go inside water we decided to go back to office and try to postpone it but there instruction didn’t accepted inform us there will be no refund no paper signed no professional people after requesting too much they gave next visit we will give you discount so i came back in a month and again paid money i spoke to the instructor can i bring my baby and mother to sit in waiting area v rudely he said no if baby will cry that was the most inappropriate behavior of customer service i ever saw and then while siting in the training room he came back and ask me did i bring same person last time i said no she dont wanted to go she is asthmatic so i bring other friend he said on my face we wont give you scuba diving please go down worst statement ever he wanted to bring same person else no discount which he never spoke about on first time i wont take my family then and go back to him really embarrassed infront of my kids and family he took me out from training room n didnt let me do scuba diving even after the payment done from card. Rude and unfair also not professional people i wish i could speak to owner of this center

It was my first dive and I really felt in love with diving. Really professional team of instructors - everything was perfect without any hassle + new equipment. I enjoyed it so much. If you never tried - try with them. But there is only one minus of Sunset beach location - not enough fish to see underwater. #dive #diving #dubai

First dive, not going deep enough but was good experience...Must be closed to the others as the visibility was poor which all of the Jumeira is the same.Trying their Fujairah on my next dive 👌🏼

Ok for a 1st time experience under water. They dont take you in deep waters. There are fishes in one area only. Some of the trainers are in the rush to take you out of the water even before your time is up.There are other better diving centers which should be tried.

One of the friendliest and funniest staff I have dealt with. They advise you whether it is good enough to dive as the visibility can be very bad at times. Very flexible with schedules and dates. They offer excellent packages and their center is very well organized. All the diving equipment can be found in their van parked next to the shore.

Good experience but only 2 meter deep and thats at shore only.

This was the highlight of our holiday in Dubai. My son and I were picked up by Syed from the Sheraton Creek Tower and driven to Sunset Beach,where we met Leo ,our instructor,and Mehdi ,who organised our experience to perfection .We were shown how to use the equipment by a very patient Leo ,and had been told that if we were very lucky ,a sea horse had been occasionally spotted - we got lucky !!! This beautiful tiny pregnant sea horse was in front of our very eyes at the bottom of the ocean ;the moment and whole experience was beautifully captured on film by Leo. After this experience,Ive decided to go back to Bermuda Diving to do more diving and even take up the PADI course .I cant recommend this company highly enough -theyre brilliant!! You wont be disappointed and they dont charge you extra for rental of the gear/photos/video etc-all are included in one reasonable price.Cant wait to go back :)

An introductory experience but was amazing

It was an amazing diving experience with the Bermuda Diving Team. From briefing to off shore dive you could not ask for a more patient and dedicated to comfort set of instructors.Shout out to Dive Masters Leo and Aster they were an amazing instructors from being organized, to providing informative dive briefings, to safety considerations, etc. with solid knowledge and a great balance between the seriousness required for safe diving and yet able to balance fun and humor. This crew is really the right choice to trust your dive vacation with. I felt comfortable and right at home in their hands. Diving with Bermuda diving center makes for spectacular lifetime memories, and I am so grateful for the experience there. Definitely will go back and will recommend to all my family and friends to let them have a wonderful diving experience. KUDOS! Bermuda Diving Center

What an amazing experience Ive had with the team. From the super instructor Ronald, to the owners, they are all so friendly, and guide you the best way they can.Right from the beginning, its quiet clear that its a business later, but first and foremost is the teams passion.Sure, the location of the training isnt always favorable (its a beach with a lot of traffic, so you have days of low viability... but thats really about anywhere youd go)Ronald knows how to teach the tough & scary parts in a manner that you have fun and learn the skills with ease.Also, the $$$ I got on equipment, and my dive computer from the center is absolutely unbeatable (Ive checked in other centers, and online before buying my equipment from them.)Cant wait to complete my rescue and continue with them for my dive master...

Its was very poor experience we are not able to see anything i did scuba diving before and the thing i did here was not not scuba diving.we went only upto 6 feet almost a persons hight why do we need a oxygen cylinder to stay in a place were there is only 6 feet high.The visuals was too poor and the delayed for almost 3hrs.

Awesome place. Good instructors. Well guidance. 45 minutes of instructions on floor, 20 mints guidance in water and 1 hour scuba... They have all the equipment. No need to worry if you are not a swimmer. After the initial explanation session, you wil be able to dive.You will be able to feed fish, and take pics on Go pro.Never miss it in Jumeirah.

Thrilling and unforgettable diving experience with clear and informative training pre and during diving. My wife and I ENJOYED it a lot🏅

The trainer was not so friendly and he just want to finish off the job soon. He explained to my friend one time and when he did mistake the trainer shouted as if we were paid by them. Eventhough it was our first dive the trainer makes fun of us for mistakes.Regarding hygiene, the mouth piece was same used by all and even the towel provided was a resused one which they ask us to return back. The mask provided was found just dipped in a basket of water and provided to all customers.

Im super happy that I choose adventure for my open water training. Our instructor, was very knowledgeable, provided comprehensive training, and I felt very safe and prepared throughout the dives. They have high quality equipment, know the dive sites very well, and make the experience super fun. Youll feel like a real pro after completing this course. Will definitely be back for more advanced training.

Just started our diving training. After visiting some schools in Dubai, Bermuda shone above the others. The shop ( search Bermuda HQ as basic results show the “beach bus” not the shop) is brand new, immaculate well laid out and uncluttered. Our welcome was friendly and personal, unlike the other centres the impression made when we walked into the shop was more of a passion than a business. Steve was enthusiastic and welcoming, we really felt valued.Our dive instructor, Ronald, has been in Dubai for 18 years and has been diving all his life. He has clearly been instructing for many years and is professional without loosing the fun. he leads by example and is patient. Yesterday we did our sea dive, the very first sea life we encountered were a family of sea horses, I was particularly touched by Ronald’s obvious excitement at this rare opportunity even with his vast experience it was clearly a special event.Both Karen and I highly recommend this dive centre.

A thrilling experience as this was my first time ever. The staffs are very friendly and professional, Leo our guide has been a tremendous help to my struggles in the beginning. All in all, it was an exciting experience - as the name suggests; it feels like you are diving under the Bermuda Triangle (scary yet adventurous). Highly recommended!

It was one of the best experiences in my life. The instructors were very skilful and made the whole experience very fun and amusing overall. The beach was nice and warm, clean. Hands down the best place for water sports!!

Awesome!!!This was the highlight of our whole Dubai trip. Most fun and caring staff i have ever been with. We will definitely be going back when we visit Dubai again.I also like the luxury transportation that they offer, unlike the other diving places. This is a must if you are going to Dubai.

Ive never had such fun in a long time.. The place is beyond amazing.. Everything is so organised.. Everything is clean.. And the staff were surprisingly very good and professional.. Starting from the reception staff steve to the instructors Ali and mehdi.. They even organised birthday party for my girlfriend in a very nice way .. DIVING EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD BUT FACILITY WAS VERY BAD BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE CHANGING ROOMS ITS PUBLIC BEACH JUMERA AND WET SUIT WAS VERY OLD THERE WAS SOME TEAR AND WEAR THEY R NOT HYGIENIC BECAUSE WET SUIT THEY NOT CLEAN THEY JUST HAND OVER FROM PREVIOUS SESSION TEAM AND EQUIPMENT MOUTH TO MOUTH NO CLEANING .THEY SAID ITS VIP SCUBA DIVING BUT THEY TREAT LIKE VERY CHEAP EQUIPMENT.THE INSTRUCTOR WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE .

One of my clients invited me for a scuba diving session at Bermuda last week so they booked at 11 a.m. my client confirmed The timing by Email and WhatsApp as well as phone stressing that my booking is at 11 a.m. as we have a meeting afterwards. When I arrived to the meeting location team I saw two guys from Bermuda preparing themselves to go diving so I introduced myself but they weren’t aware of any booking. So I called the number that I found on google but the guy who picked up the phone didn’t have any clue, so he said he will call back. After few minutes a guy called Steve called back and said that the booking is at 12 not 11 so I told him alright I will ask the client to communicate with you to sort this out. So the client called him and he called back arguing “why did you call the client, I told you that the booking is at 12, I’m coming to you now wait for me” and hanged up the phone. He arrived after 10 min and started to argue again in a very unprofessional way as if he wants to start a fight, I felt sorry for him and left as I deal with people in a civilized way.

We really had a very bad experience through out the scuba diving session.They were really unprofessional they made us to take such heavy cylinders and walk almost 1km near beach that itself made our energy level down.Then next the trainer named Aster was not at all helpful . He was not training or giving the information appropriately rather he made us scared more . My brother was panicked the way he was teaching and he did not even tell him that getting bubbbles under water is ok so he got more panicked , we really had a very bad experience with this scuba dive experience. I would suggest people not to take up this course with these people as they are not helpful.We dived for some 2meters and then when we asked them to get us up . Then again after the training (20mins) and underwater experience of 15 mins we had to again carry those heavy cylinders back for 1km. Such a pathetic management. We would never recommend anybody to go with Bermuda scuba diving.They just take money and do not refund my brother stopped in the training session itself and 2 other people also gave up during the session .They totally ruined our Valentine’s Day adventure experience.

Brilliant scuba diving activity ! Great fun and laugh !! The guys were brilliant, helpful, caring and always watching you to make sure you are kept safe ! I cant swim at all but these guys kept me safe. The price is good !

Such a great experience, you dont need to worry about the transportation, towels or sleepers, very nice place, you can have photo from feeding the fishes, most important very nice divers.

We booked the VIP dive experience for my mother in law and I as a surprise for her 60th birthday while we were on holiday. The guys @ Bermuda could not have been more helpful. I liaised with Jafar on the phone and then via Whattsapp to confirm details times etc all at short notice (we booked for the following day!) In the morning we had two cars arrive at our hotel bang on time. Although only two of us were diving the rest of the family wanted to come so Bermuda sent an extra car for us! Jafar’s colleagues were chatty in the cars letting us know what was going to happen and also showing us points of interest which we were passing on route. We arrived at the ‘dive centre’ a quirky well equipped van at the beach. We were given a full safety brief and familiarisation with all the kit which is clearly new, it was all meticulously clean!! We were offered drinks constantly and it was a relaxed attitude which helped with my mother in laws nerves. When we started out Jafar was exceptionally patient with us while we got to grips with the equipment and breathing in the water, constantly reassuring us of our safety remaining excited for us for what we were about to experience. When we went to feed fish Jafar set everything up and took pictures and film which we were given at the end of the experience all included in the price quoted which was a massive plus for me!!! Nothing was rushed it felt like we were diving with friends and we felt safe at all times. The dive was an amazing experience we got to see lots of fish etc!!After the dive Jafar and his colleagues had arranged a surprise birthday cake for my mother in law which they presented and we all sang happy birthday. After devouring a whole cake between all of us we stayed and listened to music in the beautiful surroundings!! I can’t emphasise how good this company are!! We weren’t rushed off we could have stayed all day if we wanted to.I paid and there were no surprise extra’s we got everything we wanted and the personalised birthday cake was an amazing touch, which Jafar arranged at no extra cost!!!I have used other diving companies in Dubai but Bermuda Water Sports far exceeded any others. Friendly, welcoming literally couldnt have done any more for us. I would highly highly recommend them no matter what your ability!!33yr M from London
