Never respond to complaints.I had complained about the Gas Detector which is alarming mid night or early morning when nothing works. I stay in Al Kadri Building, Dubailand. No one visited my apartment to check the detector even after complaining 4 times.I received your bill last week but not paid due to this maintenance issue. Still no one responded. Terrible !!!!!My issue has been resolved. Thank you.

Very bad service! Company dont inform when they are coming to collect payment, its said every 4 months but not a specific date, so Good Luck if you are not at home when they come. When you contact them the game of passing to another person starts wit. Messages via WhatsApp takes up to 2 days to ve answered if the replied
