Spectrum has by far offered the best experience Ive had with a printer in UAE. My point of contact, Ben, was a gem to work with. He was professional, patient, understanding, inquisitive, knowledgeable and was open to any questions I had day and night. I always thought digital printing was a small machine or copier, until I printed my profile and the gentleman was kind enough to explain the difference between how spectrum is operated by big press machines vs the other copy shops which are not printing presses.The team was fantastic, the job got done quickly as promised and the quality was as good as they said it would be. Great service. Mediocre colour quality on site. If you have the time, ask for offsite printing of solid colours. Great binding options.

Horrible service and ignorant staff. I was kept waiting by the teller/staff while he went through paper work and then when I was finally addressed was informed the shop is closed (6pm) to find out later that it’s usually open until 7pm on Thursdays.

I have tried other printing presses in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and found Spectum to be the best by far for printing in the region. Wish we had the same service in Greece. I would strongly recommend them!

Went to spectrum with file (adobe illustrator) in order to have business card print. they cant read my file, and told me they do not make creation (even with a picture files, they cant read), and it will take 4 to 5 hours to print with a proper file ready to print... so went to Desco, they modified (upgraded) my .ai file and print in less then an hourGo Desco, Go !

I wanted to print a small number of magazines and create them myself, but have not done anything for print for two decades so really hadnt a clue as to what the printers would need. I also had a specific idea in mind for the finished product. I spoke on the phone with Paul Mesima who was very helpful in working with me to get the answers for what I needed. He also was very prompt in answering all of my email queries. It is important to have a good, collaborative relationship with ones printer in order to get the desired end result and I had the best assistance and service I could have expected from Mr. Mesima and the staff at the DIFC location. They were very professional, courteous and super efficient and worked within m difficult deadline. Professionals like this deserve proper credit.
