THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I FELT FROM THIS WORKSHOP . I GIVE HIM THE BUSINESS AND THEY ARE INSULTING ME. I THINK THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL THE ONE WHO IS SITTING IN THE RECEPTION IS HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS. I KNOW HOW TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS THAT MUCH POOR EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD.I FEEL REGRET TO WENT THAT WORKSHOP AND I WAS SCARED AT THE TIME I WAS THERE IN THAT WORKSHOP IF I STAY BACK THERE SOMETIMES MORE MAY BE THEY WILL KILL ME.I AM RECOMMENDING THAT NOBODY PLEASE THAT WORKSHOP THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE FROM THAT WORKSHOP

I given my accident Nissan tida last week to TR LLC and it was serviced by Mr. Elton , and I have to say that I am impressed by Mr. Elton work, the way of deal with customers professionally , giving his best to meet the deadline under pressure and ensuring customer satisfaction. Thanks man! Keep it up.

Worst experience i had in my life, charged money from insurance , but did not fix it , i took my car 3 time there for same issue, the Guy always give me excuse and promise me we will fix soon but nothing happen, please think 100 before visit there , its highly unprofessional. will waste your time and money.

Amazing studio For Tesla

I experienced horrible customer service and huge delays with my car repair. The staff kept changing the time and day of when I could come and collect my car and finally told me that they would arrange for the car to be dropped off at my place of work at 5:30pm. The car never showed up and the employee I was in contact with had turned off their phone! I was finally able to reach the manager of the company at 8:45pm who was of absolutely no help at all, was extremely rude, and began yelling at me that there was nothing he could do. What a horrible, incompetent garage with rude and inefficient employees. I would never come back here or recommend it to anyone.

Gave my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado to Technical Resources for an accident repair, was serviced by Elton , and I couldnt be more pleased. Excellent service, great timing, wonderful finish!

I left my iPhone in the car while delivering it to Technical Resources Est. and it was stollen. So be careful not to leave anything!

After 5 years of being a loyal customer with Technical Resources, I had decided to end my relationship with them on a very sad note yesterday. I have been signing up with their Maintenance Contracts continuously for the past five years. But today when i went for the last Service pending in the current contract they came up saying your Contract has expired. yes i agree i cant demand for the service contract to be completed as per their terms and conditions which has a time/mileage limit. But when i had signed up for the first time in 2012, they had mentioned to me that the Time Limit on the contract is not followed in practice and even got in amended in writing in the terms section with the signature of the Service Advisor. It was my mistake to assume that it will be carried forward on the newer contracts and taking a written approval is not necessary based on our mutual trust and understanding. However today the Service Advisor(s) as well as the Manager refused to complete the service contract qouting time limit clause. Although i say that i have been a loyal customer for 5 years, I have lived with their shortcomings and compromised on the service quality assuming that it will reciprocated accordingly with their generosity of not strictly following the time limit clause of the contract. But unfortunately they turned out be really harsh and lost a loyal customer just for a matter of 100 Dhs which they asked me to pay to finish the last pending service.However today I made up my mind to pay the 100Dhs to finish with the last pending service and visited them. But to my surprise the TR Management must have seen this post and instructed the team at their Workshop to help me out . The Service Supervisor (Mr Zaheer) went out of the way to help me out and completed the service with personal supervision at no additional cost. So im now really thankful to TR for considering my loyalty and treating me with the exceptional service. I hope TR will keep up to this Customer centric approach. Thanks to TR once again.
