They are very quick in collecting fees for their bad services. Once they took your money they disappear. I will make complain to Dubai Consumer Protection.Avoid.

A Great place, i must say .. very professional and friendly staff. I had my food intolerance test and wellness profile and the experience was excellent. My Test reports were very well presented and it was exactly what i wanted and paid. Prices are very reasonable in comparison with the quality. I am 100% satisfied. Would certainly recommend this to my friends and family. 5 star for you guys :-)

I have been waiting for 6 months, not only did they stop replying to emails and answering phone calls but they also moved there office without informing on where they are now. It’s a scam.

One of the best clinic for Ancestry and DNA testing out there in the UAE. If you plan on finding out who is your ancestor or your biological father, mother and siblings, then this is the place to come and do the test. They are professional and great at their job. The price is fair and square. In this case I give them 5 stars for their service quality and professional workforce.

Very friendly staff with excellent service. They answered all of our questions clearly and offered us the best test for our needs. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in doing an ancestry test to do it with them.

Avoid at all costs.We made the mistake of doing a very important blood test with this lab. Here are all the issues we faced:1- First they said it costs AED 220 but then after checking it increased to AED2702- When we visited the lab it was smelling like garlic mixed with air refresher, which was disgusting3- They take you to another lab on the same floor to do the blood withdrawal4- They didn’t stick to the TAT they promised and exceeded it5- First time I called to check they promised to call back with an update but they didnt6- Next two days I’m trying a hundred times to call them but nobody is picking up7- Went to online chat and they said our phone system is broken we can see people calling but cannot take calls (what about calling your customers back?)AVOID!

I have had a great experience with Eastern Biotech. The customer service is excellent and staff is well mannered and very professional . They have highly specialized and latest diagnostic solutions . I booked for home collection service for my child blood test and it was done very professionally . I have got the proper and detailed test reports in time and charges were very reasonable. Happy to give you five stars.

For six months I have been waiting for results or cancellation, of course they don’t care about customer experience but they were very fast collecting money in December 2019. I want full refund now.

Very bad service, not answering emails and calls. Test been done in Dec 2019, results still not received.

Dont go to this company not professional at all , paid 8 weeks ago 400 AED for an ancestry test nothing serious till now nothing no emails no phone calls they have a whats-app that they dont answer to be honest this is the worst company that Ive seen in my life.And they didt send the money back unfortunately there is no 0 star in review so i have to push that one star .

Very bad service from Eastern Biotech, i did my test on 21st December 2019 and I am trying for a month now. since beginning of April.to get feedback about my results. No email replies and not answering the calls. Avoid this company.

Quick respond and excellent communicators , I communicate with them from outside UAE and had excellent and quick service form them.

I’ve taken an ancestry test on May 24th 2017, and haven’t received my results yet (March 2018) , they keep telling me they’ll get in touch with the main Lab, they never did.Lousy services, save your money.
