Another happy patient of Dr. Susann. She was recommended to me by a friend. I did teeth cleaning and polishing. Dr. Susann is nice in person, made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took her time and cleaned my teeth thoroughly. She also gave me advice on proper care, maintenance and others. I highly recommend Dr. Susann to anyone.Also as for the clinic in general- my appointment was on time, had no issues with booking and the whole interaction with the reception staff was smooth and positive.

Are they good or are they bad? Personally I have no idea, since they do not respond to my requests for an appointment. But that is fairly typical here in the UAE, where most medical facilities survive by default. One gets a little worried when they do not follow up for appointments - is it because they are too busy - or just dont care?EDIT: Why would I send you another email if you have not responded to my previous ones? The review may have been very different had they responded to my emails requesting an appointment, as quickly as they did this review. Which kind of tells one where their priorities lie. Thanks but I found a dentist who is attentive to appointment requests.

I can highly recommend Dr. Susann. She really takes time for her patients and explains all her steps in detail.I did the full teeth cleaning, scaling, polishing and whitening. I am really happy and satisfied with the results. Dr Susann did an amazing job! :-)

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Susann. I went for teeth cleaning and she discovered that I grind my teeth at night. She recommended a special night guard that stops me from grinding my teeth and aligns my jaws. It has made such a difference to my life. Not only do I sleep better, but my neck pain is gone as well. I met dr Sussane for a zoom whitening experience and the way she welcomes you and her hospitality makes you feel beautiful. Dr Susann,I wanted to put into writing my gratitude to you and your team at German Dental Oasis.It’s strange to rate a dentist with the term ‘I loved it’ as in general people very rarely love going to the dentist, but I have to say I now look forward to my appointments. My nervousness of visiting the dentist has turned to a much stronger confidence with each and every appointment, you help me relax which reassures me I am in very good hands.Initially I booked in for a teeth clean only but after a lengthy discussion during this visit and good, detailed advise from you, it convinced me to improve my teeth with the focus on a more Hollistic approach.Regarding specific treatments, firstly you encouraged me to replace a metal crown which was visibly very inflamed, leaking toxins from the metal into my gum, the tooth was ugly to look at too. During the week wearing a temporary crown (whilst the lab were preparing the permanent crown), the gum completely recovered, inflammation and bruising on the gum disappeared. The metal free crown was then fitted which looks absolutely fantastic and is so comfortable, It fits snugly with my other teeth, the colour, texture and size are also perfectly matching too. Secondly, you recognized a need for me to wear a night guard due to constant grinding of my teeth. After just one month of wearing the guard, the neck pain I had suffered for many years had diminished and my overall posture has improved too.You clearly pride yourself on looking after and preserving patient’s natural teeth where possible. I will only ever visit you to treat my teeth moving forward, I can’t thank you enough for all the kind support and advice you have given me since my first visit.My close friends have noticed a huge change already in my general well being and demeanor too, I can’t stop smiling!Keep up the amazing work!Dawn

I was a little nervous since it was my first time going to the dentist since moving to Dubai, but Dr Susanne and her assistance made sure that I was very comfortable before, during, and after my cleaning/zoom whitening. She explained and made sound suggestions for hygeine and future visits. She also let me listen to my Jazz music during my whitening session so I could relax. I will definitely back in 6 months. 😃😃

I have terrible anxiety and a phobia of doctors and dentists and didnt think Id be able to go through with my treatment. As soon as I saw Dr Susan she calmed me down, put me at ease and she had incredible calming energy. We went through with the treatment and I didnt feel a thing! I could not recommend her enough and will definitely be back. She will be my regular dentist now - couldnt be happier!

Well the one hour session went really well with dr.susan. She adds her personal touch and life experiences to make it special. Specially her thoughts on holistic healing was incredible. The ambiance was welcoming and staff were accommodating, especially their General Manager. German Dental Oasis did a great job for me.The dentist was accommodating with scheduling especially on my case whose constantly traveling.I like that the doctor put extra effort to make me comfortable and meticulous in her efforts to do the job properly.I had several procedures done satisfactorily and I hope to return here some day for more dental work.

Visited this clinic on numerous occasions and my treatment has included root canal and replacement of a new crown. Every visit has been made as pain free as possible with great care and such lovely manners, no matter what time and how busy the doctor was – an absolute credit. The dentist’s patient skills as well as dentistry skills were above any scale that I could give.

I changed dentist recently and I am very happy with German Dental Oasis! Their staff are so friendly and they take time to answer all of my question!! They dont force services on you and are honest with their treatments. Overall a great experience at the dentist and I love the email appointment reminders!!

Legal Case Started - You better stay away from this practice.Unprofessional with frequently changing doctors coming in and out to make a fast dollar. Had two root canal treatments done. While this is usually a multi-session treatment, where the teeth do get isolated and protected to avoid infection, both treatments where completed within less then 30 minutes without any proper preparation. Result was that I gathered chronically infections and nearly lost that teeth. Procedure had to be re-done over 6 sessions including replacement of cheap crowns they had used costing me more than 20,000AED. Going back to claim for compensation having evidence of proof by XRay, that the work conducted was beyond nonprofessional, response I got was that the work was too long in the past outside warranty as this would be a machine - what a poor response. I tried several attempts for amicable resolution including face to face meetings wanting only the out of pocket amount to be paid, but meanwhile I receive only ignorance. I have started legal proceedings now and will claim for a larger amount including suffer and pain. Will keep this forum updated how this goes...so in summary, stay far far away from this practice.

I had the worst experience ever in German dental oasis.I went to the orthodontist doctor called Ann and she ruined my teeth and made 6 gaps between my teeth.She is very inexperienced!!!Please avoid this clinic .
