I had a very good teeth cleaning here. Cause of my veneers not done properly and also me not wanting to floss 🙂 even I do cleaning every 6 months my gums are not in good condition and I came with pain. Dr. Lina did an excellent job! She had to do some deep cleaning for me which supposed to be painful but she did it so fast and professional I was even able to relax through the process 😊 Shes also very positive and reassuring so I wasnt worried at all. My pain was gone so fast I even forgot about it or the fact that I went to the dentist and writing this review a month later. Cant believe Im saying this but Im actually looking forward for my next teeth cleaning with Dr. Lina. Thanks a lot 😊

Female doctor did for me teeth whitening, before whitening she did stain removal, polishing, she was so hard on my gums... next few days my gums hurt and got swollen, I could hardly talk due to the pain, I got fever... she is terrible doctor, the way she scrubbed my teeth was like she hated me... effect of whitening was not as good as the previous time I did it, the whitening was not equal and it did not last more than 3 weeks( I dont smoke, no coffee, no vine, no soda pops)... big disappointment.My response to your comment: How is the female owner dentist is no more there?! Well you have track of all records so you must be the same doctor-owner... what a joke. I believe you saw that I visited your place twice, not just once, 1st time it was decent( 1st time it was actually male doctor who left) but this particular visit was terrible and last one. I hope you will be kinder/gentle with your clients. Thanks

Great work by Dr Lina on teeth whitening, stain removal and cleaning! Asked for her because of the positive reviews on Groupon. Was very skeptical about dental clinics’ promotions on Groupon due to a bad experience in the past.However at Palmry, everyone especially Dr Lina was so friendly, helpful and meticulous. At first I was apprehensive but after she talked me through the process, I was very comfortable. Stain removal and fluoride treatment weren’t included in the Groupon deal but we didn’t mind at all. 50dhs was a small fee to pay for stain removal and totally worth it.Teeth whitening took about an hour with two applications. Great experience and we will come back to Dr Lina again for our next visit! Highly recommended. Thank you, doc.

I highly recommend the Palmyra Dental Clinic. I had an airflow stain removal as well as teeth cleaning and scaling performed by the Doctor and I must say I am very happy with the result. The teeth are white,nice and clean afterwards. The procedure was gentle and quick as well as very comfortable. Lovely staff at the reception. Will definitely be back ! Thank you!

I do not recommend this clinic. I went in for laser treatment on my teeth and left with a burned upper lip with ongoing swelling. No support or reassurance given except that I moved my mouth. Its not fair to put the blame on the patient. I don’t believe that this was due to me moving ever so slightly - something else has gone wrong due to their negative procedures. Please do not use this facility if they have such lax protocols. There are many other clinics nearby. Don’t let yourself ever be in this nightmare.

Great experience. Dr Rashed did an amazing job, precise treatment planning and discussion. He did many fillings for my teeth, whitening and one extraction. Im very satisfied with his work. Painless procedures and he was very patient and kind personality. Definitely recommend him.Easy location to the clinic and easy parking. Also the metro is 2steps from the building.

Very disappointing visit to this dental clinic. I made the mistake of going with a Groupon voucher. Was told by the Male Dentist that my teeth were so stained it would require two bottles of stain removal powder so an extra 50 DHS to be added, then he proceeded to Speed clean my teeth (20 minutes from start to end) - a normal deep cleaning is minimum 1 hour... Then when I mentioned there was a sharp edge hurting my tongue I was told that was because it was such a thorough cleaning which was normally billed 350 Dhs so I should happy. Neither professional nor polite. I strongly recommend steering wide from this place.

It was a very bad experience so i DO NOT recommend this clinic at all ... went there for cleaning and the doctor suggested to do a permanent filling for one tooth ... i ended up with severe pain for almost a week that i had to visit another clinic to fix the damage

Good cleaning experience with Dr Lina. Explained the problem in detail and was patient. There was a small piece of tartar left though, which took me a lot of effort to pry loose with my tongue later.

People be careful. they deceive that the consultation is free, but then for the fact that they do not have a professional doctor for the words doctor Lina I cannot remove this tooth and go to another clinic they take 150der. Doctor Lina the deceiver promised to return the money, but did not return it. Please bay Grupon voucher because in this clinic they say do not buy, we will cleanand polish same but we took not 99, but 150 der, too. In general, I paid 300 der of which I had to pay 99 der. Doctor Lina also not perfect make clean tooth Take the receipts from them, because they do not give I will apply for them to the Ministry of Health and other authorities its unprofessional cheating clinic.

The male Arab Doctor/ Dentist forced me to pay additional 50 dirhams to carry on the procedure which I refused. And then he refused to treat me. He was not ready to do scaling and polishing which was mentioned on Groupon voucher if I dont pay him additional 50 dirhams on the services.This is totally unacceptable and rubbish!!! I wasted my time during office hours and wasted my expensive parking fees in JLT.This was my first such experience on Groupon as it never happened before where anyone forced me to charge something additional and wont even ready to comply to what they have agreed on the original offer.#NoToPamyra #WasteofMoney #NoMore

I saw the clinic on Groupon and bought the whitening procedure voucher. The team was very warm and friendly especially Ms. Amy. My doctor, Dr. Randa made sure i was fine the whole process. The results were amazing. I could totally see the difference. My teeth were a couple shades lighter from the original yellow. So the clinic definitely deserves 5 stars. Will definitely go back after 6 months.

I dont usually enjoy going to the dentist, I usually feel some sensitivity whenever I go for scale & polish (but I try and always go every 6 months). I had a great experience today with Dr Lena Eid - she is young, very personable and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of dentistry. She took great care with my full treatment and I actually did not feel any pain but I could feel that I had had a deep clean during the session. Would highly recommend Palmyra as well as Dr Lena!

Over the years , i’ve lived in multiple cities and have went to different dentists , so far Dr. lina she’s the best. I went to visit her for a cleaning. She found that I had a big cavity in between my teeth. She cleaned it for me with a white filling. It was great.
