My visit to Bright smile dental clinic just gave me a good relief. The team was so good and handled so well. I was having severe tooth ache and my tooth was in a bit complicated position and the doctor gave me the best solution. And followed up the next day by calls. The doctor,nurse and the whole team is so friendly that we feel glad choosing them.The clinic is so neat and hygienic. Totally loved the service.

Dr Dyana is the best doctor for root canals. She fixed a root canal previously done in another place with the utmost care and professionalism. You really want her to take care of your teeth!

Better than clinics in USA. I do teeth cleaning/scaling 2 times a year. I go to many places in the USA, but while I was in Dubai I did cleaning at Bright Smile Center. It was the best clinic I have ever seen. All the equipment, chairs, facility, everything was newest and the best models. Highest quality dental clinic I have seen! Your chair has TV and you see on the TV how the doctor is cleaning your teeth and how clean they become! It was amazing! I want to go back. The doctors and staff are all very nice, experienced, and professional. It was the best dental clinic I have been to and I want to go again for more operation on my teeth.

Zero Star! Worst customer experience you can ever receive!I have been using the clinic for over 7 months, now, every single appointment you will be given an excuse for the orthodontist delay- average waiting time 30-40 minutes!! The front desk is extremely rude and continuously blames the patient to justify the poor management of scheduling/ double booking!! I would never recommend the clinic at any cost!!

Worst dental treatment experience i have ever had in my life, suffered severe pain for 2 weeks, i couldn’t sleep at all in 1 of the days, and doctor did not know what’s wrong after 2 visits with the pain happening.When i went to another doctor in Sharjah, he gave me the right medicine which relieved the pain directly, and he did not do any treatment to avoid extra irritation for the inflammation.Bright Smile doctor continued working on other teeth, despite the fact that i am sufering, this got me in a situation where i was not able to eat in both sides.

I highly recommend Dr Hussam, the BEST DENTIST I ever had. He has this DENTAL VIBE that you will not feel the pain with the needle when giving numbing agent. He is very skillful, gentle and caring. The crew are friendly they treat you like a family. The place is easy to find, high tech, clean and parking is very convenient

Firstly I would like to say Dr.Tariq is a friendly doctor. He answers all your questions without any frustration. However, he is not a very skilled dentist. Neither is the other dentist is the office. I had a cleaning done by the other dentist and could still feel plaque on my teeth after he had completed the cleaning. To be frank I chose Bright smile simply because of the clean and very presentable office. His prices are entirely too high for such amateur work. I would not recommend going to bright smile. I am very unhappy with my results with aligners. Simply do your research and request several before and after photos before paying so much for work you are likely to be unhappy with.

Unfortunately, a very poor experience. Everything from appointment book where the consultation and appointment was divided in 2-days although requested otherwise, to timing of the consultation being pushed 1-hour without my knowledge nor confirmation on sms/phone.A teeth whitening treatment (Zoom 4) worth of 2200AED was recommendation from the dentist, which resulted in no significant result (yellow stains in the botom and mis-color on one tooth still visible).When stating lack satisfaction, the dentist had a very careless response and offered home whitening kit which I need to pay 300AED extra for on top of the amount already paid for the full treatment.

I have been dealing with this dental Centre since three years despite driving 30 mins to reach it however my 1st choice for dental services, this centre equipped with new machines and experienced and friendly doctors and nurses .They are quick in getting insurance approval and they have flexible timings

Awesome clinic. Best value for money and best aligners i could dream of having. I have been wearing invisible aligners for one year my upper teeth look already even and dr Tariq makes sure that the treatment goes as per plan. I also did wisdom tooth extraction with dr. Hussam and it was also of high professionalism. Thumbs up for their work and all the best!

Worst orthodontics by far👎. Americans stay aware from Dr.Tariq. Beware.. I wish I was given this advice 2 years ago, he results are mediocre and amateur but his prices are expensive. Not worth the loss in money. Check his creditials.. stay away

Very Bad clinic, The Doctors are not skilled, I have done my tooth with a Syrian doctor, and after few months the same tooth was broken when I was eating in a big peace, the doctors are very friendly but not skilled, I will not recommend any one to go there, especially that I heard so many complaints about this clinic
