The Filipino dentist at their Centurion Bldg branch is good and I highlyrecommend but I’m giving 3 only for the below par customer service from the receptionist. She definitely needs proper customer service training big time. There wasn’t a time I called that she’s not in a hurry and i’m not even sure if she ever listens at all. She just hangs up the phone while you’re still talking. Happens all the time. Just so bad. Very impolite. There are other busier offices with only one receptionist but they manage to maintain high quality customer service - calm, listening and polite.

Avance Dental is one of the best in giving dental services. Dr. Maria Clavero took good care of my teeth and gum problems. She is easy to talk to and gives great advice. Price is also reasonable. Thank you also to Fritz for answering my queries patiently before I booked my schedule. She is a godsend.

Dr.Maria is a good doctor. Dental Assistant Kabita is very helpful and also the receptionist Fritz is very efficient. Of course you cannot please every one but for my experience they are the best!

I have made my complete denture, its been 2 years , i am using them regularly with out any issues, i have come here twice for fixing of miner issues, i was attended by concerned dr very well, relining of my denture was done swiftly, i feel happy about whole experience. I finally completed my orthodontic treatment in the past recent. They always come up with new ideas to charge you more money because they are greedy. Can never recommend to anyone. The owner doctor is never on time, you have to wait 1-2 hours before your turn by then all patients are irritated to the core. I did my orthodontic treatement with Dr Deepak Sharma at Avance dental Clinic . I started my Ortho treatment during pandemic last year in july 2020, After almost 12 months i m going to remove my braces in july 2021, the way my treatment was handeled was satisfactory and I m happy with outcome.my 12 months of braces treatment, have visited them several times, dr is very friendly always , most important thing to mention are the prices here, clinic is very reasonaby priced. I came in this clinic hopeless with a very bad experience from a so called VIP Clinic. Happily, I found this dental clinic which is very welcoming and caring with their patients, starting from the reception, the nurse and the doctors. Dr. Deepak is currently doing my dental treatment and he is very professional and knows how to treat patients nicely. One thing I like about this clinic is they are not after money, their main goal is to make their patients happy and satisfied. Initial i was very skeptical and couldnt decide which dental clinic should i go for the my teeth alignment. I wouldnt take risk for this thing. I was looking for an experienced orthodontist to do my treatment the right way and within time. Free consultation at Avance Dental encouraged me to visit and speak to Dr. Deepak, which i found later that he is the best for braces in Dubai. My teeth were in a very bad shape and needed a precise treatment. Right from diagnosis, discussion, treatment all went reasonably well and Dr. Deepak took my case with perfection. it took almost 4 months to get it all right and perfectly aligned teeth, i had chosen ceramic braces which is quite reasonable and hardly visible on smile. though it was a bit difficult to adjust with braces initially but later i did go through it well. often maintenance and visit to clinic was also at easy. Assistant and receptions are quite accommodating. Fairly recommended. Thanks :)

My personal experience... Avance.. by far the best dental clinic in Dubai. I had Invisible Aligners to straighten my teeth. I was confused and debating between normal braces and Invisible ones. After going to a consultation with Dr. Deepak I felt confident that it was a good option for me. From start to finish, the treatment wasnt that painful, well explained and professional and my treatment even finished earlier than I had expected!After a thorough check up, Dr. Deepak using 3D imaging showed what your teeth look like now and then how the Invisible Aligners will straighten over time. soo good to see visually. Once my treatment was started, first few days were a bit uncomfortable, but after that didnt even notice i have them in (and also no one else noticed) and wearing them for 20-22 hours per day was painless..Having finished my treatment I highly recommend Invisible Aligners from Avance Dental Clinic for anyone looking to align their teeth, yes.. its slightly expensive, but its worth.All in all, would recommend Avance Dental Clinic.

I have been really impressed with Avance Dental since joining 7 months ago. I was able to book an appointment easily through the very polite and friendly reception staff. My dentist, Dr Deepak is excellent and knowledgeable. Last time Ive had some cosmetic work done (dental whitening and bonding) and Dental Braces and I really couldnt be more pleased with the results.I have seen that even in this Covid pandemic, they have maintained a very high hygiene on my every visit to the clinic for the braces maintenance and adjustments. I never knew that it is possible to do the straightening of teeth without wearing any braces. One day while surfing on google I saw about invisible aligners and started finding clinics for the same, to my surprise, Avance Dental Clinic was the reasonable and best option as compared to other aligners. I had the gap between my teeth closed before but due to not using my retainer daily the gap came back.I came to Avance Dental and talked to Dr Deepak and told him that I have only 4 months before going to my home country. Avance has been our family dental clinic past few yrs as its abt 20 mins drive. We have gone thru veener , root canal, removals these days. we have always got fast appointments, ofcourse would recommend to take prior appointments as had to wait a long once when i had been thr walkin. the staff and nurse is very accomodating too. ofcourse i do recommend them to my near and dear ones.!

The clinic is very close to Deira City Center metro station.. thats the reason i opt for it.. Al though.. found to be very reasonable and perfect for my braces. It was quickly fixed and adjusted every month. Overall ambience of the clinic looks professional. And they are following a good hygiene and safety practice.. that was an add-on. I started going to Dr Deepak 6 months ago for my braces and I am very happy with my experience. I Went in for a tooth extraction. Dr. Deepak was extremely patient throughout the procedure.. explained things before-hand. Post extraction details were also explained quite thoroughly. All the clinic staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Avance Dental Clinic!

Superb experience with my braces treatment after 4 months. I literally got all the teeth aligned perfectly.. hope it stays like this forever, i just pray for it. but my doctor is damn sure about it, Dr. Deepak is very confident for his treatment and well experienced. he knows the in and out of the braces. would recommend for all the types of services from Avance Clinic. I recommend Avance Dental in Deira, Dubai. My Braces was fixed well and i got the alignments done faster and better this time. havent been for other treatments yet.. but Braces are good. Would advice for braces at-least.
