Kidos team is very sweet and highly competent. The children are regularly supported and learning through play and arts. I also get quarterly reports on my child progress and recommendations to continue supporting his development. Would highly recommend this nursery!

They make good first impression but our experience was very bad.When my son was enrolled there (before Covid closure) his class was overcrowded (22-25 2-3 years old kids in the class, I know it’s not allowed anymore due to the Covid regulations but I reckon this fact says a lot about management attitude. When we were signing him up the manager assured there will be 15/16 children in the class), the teacher and her assistants were not able to manage properly so many children, this view is shared by other parents of the kids in this class who decided to leave and enroll their children in other nurseries. My son complained one of the assistants was repeatedly rude to him which is completely unacceptable. That was reported to the main teacher who was actually nice but still, my son remembers this nursery with horror and even after almost a year when we pass by, he begs me not to go “to this place”. He is very active and social and loves to play with other children. He now attends another nursery where he settled in just one day and is super happy.Please note that 6 or 7 5* reviews of this nursery belong to the management (affiliated businesses, families), workers of this establishment.Update as per the response from Kido:I had only one request (not many) which was indeed accommodated but I reckon it is normal for building relationship. Reiterating how grateful I was is a bit of an overstatement let’s put it mildly, I was quote worried as my son was crying every day especially after he complained that one of the assistants was rude to him. We still live inbetween two countries which did not stop my child to settle in another nursery in just one day. And with regards to the refund issue, it’s quite surprising that it was even mentioned because my son started in February and he only attended the nursery for 3 out of 12 paid weeks before the Covid closure. When I kindly approached the management asking them to allow us to use at least some of these missed weeks after reopening I got a firm decline and was refused to be given contact details of their CEO. I had to find those details and after contacting the CEO it wasn’t resolved I was given a refund for 2 weeks only (out of 9 fully paid and missed) which is a joke really. My friends got full refunds/time credits at others nurseries which was exceptional indeed.

This is a wonderful nursery with excellent facilities and a welcoming feel. The teaching philosophy is sound and the emphasis on building independence and self-confidence in children as well as academic competence, is to be commended. It is heartwarming to see the children running into the arms of their teachers and the assistant staff, the sincere and warm relationships are obvious to any observer. Definitely a 5 star nursery.

My daughter has been with Safari Kid JBR (Rimal 5) for over a year now, and I cannot be happier with the nursery! The teachers are warm, the facility is welcoming and the environment is fun and nurturing, for both kids and parents alike. My daughter wakes up excited to go to school, which says a lot about the nursery - we have decided to let her do FS1 here next year. Best part, the nursery continues to hold events/activities which are very parent inclusive - not only do you get to be a part of your child’s activities, but you also get to engage a lot with other parents. I highly recommend Safari Kid JBR - thanks for taking great care of our kids!
