Me and my 2 daughters have been coming to Melodica JLT for a good 3 years now. We have loved every minute of it. Teachers may have come and go but the replacements were equally good. Customer service is par excellence ..accommodating, attentive to details and efficient . Kudos !

My son use to attend Melodica-JLT since last 3 Years for Guitar classes.. However, post covid scenario, experience is not so healthy and highly disappointing.None of their teacher seems to be renewing their contract and hence every now-and-then teachers are getting changed.in my son case, the new teacher was not even trained or briefed properly what is process & philosophy and seems kids just got dumped on him (He was not even briefed that Melodica promotes and carry Trinity certification). Result is not handling the kids in hormonal and healthy manner and kind of torture on the kids.I complaint about this bad experience with all the three reception representative, but seems other than assigning again a new teacher, they didnt highlighted or even if they highlighted the concern to their higher-up, no-body bothered to give me even a call-back to discuss of improve the situation. Only question asked is when I am renewing my package.I cant imagine my son going to such a non-harmonious MNC attitude kind of organization which earlier used to be lovely neighborhood Music School.#After getting reply from Happiness Team on my review---Pathetic that you are asking my detail here rather than just getting it from your own system and people. All the 3 receptionist of JLT know me and the kid (should I name them here)This simply shows your apathy towards your student and grievences.

The management is probably the worst i have seen in Dubai. It is impossible to get anyone to call you or help you if you have any emergency or unforeseen circumstances for which you require assistance from their non-existent happiness team. I really like my piano teacher but unfortunately the service is so pathetic that i will not be renewing my classes with the school.

Will be starting my lessons and I recently bought a piano. The overall experience was fast, informative and accommodating. The school was not even open yet but the lady accommodated me and explained everything. Excited for great things to come .

Planning on taking some keyboard lessons and their front desk gave me all things I needed plus additional tips. Great customer service and communication skills and I believe based on what they offer, your money is worth every penny.

Both my kids taking guitar and violin are so at home in JLT Melodica. We have been coming for the past 2 years. Their teachers Mr. Mirza and Ms. Naima are the best. Staff are accommodating, professional and efficient especially Patricia . Thank you Melodica.

Though a bit far from us, we choose to stay in Melodica JLT coz it has been home for us. My daughter Svaraa loves her teacher Ms Anastasiia but she left and we moved to Sm Jelena who is equally as good. My daughter has progressed really well and I have seen her growth .Nothing makes it more special than being greeted by the Receptionist , playing and talking to kids making it more a home than a school. We love JLT.

Staff are all friendly. Place is small but still good.

I have singing classes here for more than a year now and I never experienced such good quality before. There was a break and there have also been some staff changes with vocal teachers because of the current situation in the world (Covid-19). However I didnt lose any credit and Melodica kept the quality high all the time, whether the lessons were remotely or at their location.

My daughter and I are taking music lessons in JLT branch and I appreciate the effort of the front staffs on how they have worked a schedule for me and my daughter to come on the same days and times. I am a busy mom and only in times like these I get to have time for her. Our teachers are very supportive and patient as well. Special thank you to Mr Mirza and Ms Naima.

I see how my daughter has advanced her skills in playing the piano. With the help of her coming to class, she is able to put more passion and understand more how important theory is.

Unfortunately Medica has shown a very unprofessional and unethical side during this difficult period. Not only they didn’t give us any update on our memberships status for the last two months but they suddenly sent us a message to tell us we had 2 days to register for online session with new teachers. They say it was the KHDA régulations and we have no options to freeze our packages or think about it further. They fired our teacher and told us she went for holidays and wasn’t able to teach us for the time being. However I ran into my teacher at the store and she mention it was a lie for multiple reasons. So basically you have 24h to decide if you want to take online session, you don’t know the teacher and if you don’t do it you lose everyone around 2500AED for personal tuition I purchased before the crisis. By a matter fact KHDA told them they were allowed to do online sessions but not that it was mandatory for us to comply. They are not a school / teaching institution. They are a recreative activity academy!!! This is truly unacceptable and a rip off

I enrolled my 8 year old daughter here for guitar. Not only is the location perfect since I live in Cluster N, i find the school an amazing avenue for my child to enhance music skills. The staff are friendly and very welcoming and she has an experienced teacher and very professional. Never could have found a better place.
