Had something stressful running in my mind this morning, thats when I opened the pack of Al Rawabi bread for the first time and touched the bread loaf. I felt like I touched petals of fresh flower.I forgot that every instant about what I was thinking.Wanted to thank you for brightening my mood.

Visit of AL RAWABI diary and farm was an amazing experience. The process of milking and packing is amazing to view. Al RAWABI maintains a well planned clean and neat surroundings to provide better products to the customers. There is a small museum inside the farm with various old days milking equipment. If anybody like to visit the farm, please make prior appointments through on line.

Al Rawabi is dairy farm with throusands of cows from all over the world and their requirement of food,hygiene, temperature condition etc are well taken care of by farm management. In return healthy cows give us a good milk which is well processed by whole team with proper hygiene and sanitation.Plant is automatic and they say, they are leading dairy company of Dubai. I truly enjoyed the visit and learnt all processes involved and must say that I am more confident to buy this product regularly.

Great yogurts but I always feel cheated at the amount in the small cups. It’s no where near the top. See pictures and you decide.

Had a chance to visit the place with family. Do not take baby stawlers inside. Bus trip is fine but buses are old, find a seat with good viewing window, as you will view the cows farms from inside the bus only. Do not lose that feedback form it us your key to get gifts bag at the end of trip. Overall not a bad trip but could have done better.

It was by coincidence that Ive learnt about this place. I heard an interview on Dubai Eye 103.5 radio channel and came to know that there is a cow farm in the UAE. So I investigated and found out that families can book tours at tge site to learn about dairy production in a desert country. It was impressive for my whole family, especially the kids. The tour has to be booked either by phone or by email. Friendly staff is then taking care of the visitor families. I think Al Rawabi is not only doing a great job by producing milk products in the UAE, they also give the opportunity to the kids in the UAE to learn more about the cows and how milk is produced. As of that visit we have only consumed Al Rawabi dairy products, because we know now how it is being produced and how clean & hygiene it is.Well done Al Rawabi! I recommend this place to everyone living in the UAE.

It was good informative 1hr tour where we can see their packaging plant, milking plant and cow darns where they keep cows. Only part which is dislike little bit the duration of the explanation phase where they explain about their al rawabi milk procedure which bit too long. They should reduce that time. They should add one more thing in this short trip to show how the pasteurised and homogenised their products. Otherwise tour was good.

We had booked farm visit in January but unfortunately was cancelled due to bad weather conditions but Rawabi team did not let us down;they sent us goodies instead to compensate this delay .. Its amazing to be consideredThank you Rawabi

My misery of delivery truck drivers parking wrongly near residential buildings causing danger and they not wearing mask and gloves while delivering milk to supermarket/groceries still continues even after speaking to the office staff, supervisor...😢😢😢This really shows the how efficiently the management handles customer queries. Its really sad coming from such a reputed organisation

I always used to purchase Al Rawabi milk and dairy products (especially the long life milk). It is unfortunate that I do not find the AlRawabi Long life milk available in some supermarkets in Dubai recently. I am forced to change my brand of Long Life milk due to non-availability of Al Rawabi, and now I am happy with my current choice. I recommend the company improve or replace their Sales and Marketing manager, as he or she is not doing a good job.

Biggest Dairy Company in United Arab Emirates and the biggest Farm in UAE with 10000 holstein cows and 7000 calves. All animals are kept in temperature controlled barns which built in the desert. 400,000 liters of milk production per day. Other than dairy fresh juices are produced.

I got an opportunity to visit Al Rawabi Dairy farm last friday. It was amazingly set up. highly hygienic atmosphere. The guide explained very well. we felt the real freshness there. We really appreciate the arrangements done for visitors. we could taste every products and we fell in love with it.

Farm visit really nice experience. Its free entry. But you need to book in advance. Visit is allowed only on fridays (morning n afternoon 10am n 2pm).Saturday only on morning 10am.

The experience was great overall...even though we started 30 mins late. I feel the posters on the walls telling you about the history of the dairy industry could be much bigger. The viewing gallery of the packaging area didnt give you an insight into the whole packaging process. All we could see were just a few bottles being capped and packed in crates. Couldnt see the whole process from start to finish which would have been more interesting especially for the kids. We never got to see how the yogurt / fruit juice are made or the process to make yogurt.I feel there is room for improvement but I highly recommend a visit to the Al Rawabi dairy farm. We have been using the brand since the last few years and we love it.

Its a best place for weekend outing and visit to their dairy farm. Great support and guidance from all employees of the farm. A must visit place in UAE, especially for families and kids.

Ive been chasing them for farm visit last 1 year every time i request, they will ask me to wait for another 6 months at the same time they go advertising in radio and social media bout farm visit aggressively. I dont know why they advertise, if they cant cater the requirements.?

Hi there, I was passing by the Supermarket on Jamal Abdul Nasser Street, the new Amber Supermarket. I went to talk to the promoter outside. Very unimpressed! She was more concerned with her mobile. Did not talk well, terrible accent. Please use better promoters. It has left me dis-interested in your products, honestly.

Very bad milkI bought 1liter al rawabi milk from Nesto Hypermarket,Muscat,Oman. The milk packed date 29/05/19 and expried date on 6/6/19,but it expired on 31/5/19. This is my first bad experience with this milk, so please careful about this products.And also my rating is 0 about this milk very very bad produts please please careful

Worth visiting once.

We went on a dairy plant tour organised by Al Rawabi. To get the tour approved we had to enter the code behind the 2 litre milk bottles cap. Didnt receive the desired dates as these tours are usually fully booked, kudos to AL Rawabi for organizing such tours to know more about the productions details of the milk & other products we consume on a daily basis, the museum or mooseum as they like to call is informative and saw the cows being milked. The tour could have been more well organised but good for a one time. Got a goody bag hamper with Al Rawabi products on our way back.

A nice atmosphere

I read on their website they care a lot about the dairy cows & that to be able to produce milk the cow should be a female so I messaged them on facebook to ask a normal question (any person would have the right to ask to know where the milk they buy is cominh from) which is well what do you do if the baby calf is not a female hence won’t be able to produce milk later on? They saw the message & never replied till now which I mean if I was actually a dairy consumer I would have some doubt about their practices by not replying ... but of course in such industry where male calfs are of « no use » I’m not surprised. Good job on the transparency ...
