MSC !!! Its the worst shipping company line, we have ever seen. the managements and rules are at worst level. and please dont talk about their working rules and timing cuz they support each others to hide their mistakes and faults.. and at this pandemic situation and a big queue about 200meters from their office door. and there is no one to care about it. the people who works in import logistic they have valve for their customers. even if they are complained to their senior ( HANAN HAKIMI ) import customer service manger even doesnt response. instead correcting them she try to cover up their mistakes ... WHAT A SHAME

This is the worst shipping line which i ever used or visited in my life1. They dont have enough employees2. None is available to attend the calls3. Waste sales team those who dont know the rates and taking 1 week to get the rates4. Nobody knows when is the ship leaving or reaching at destination, everything in Gods Hand5. Once the vessel sailed after 1 Week they will start take late BL without any invoices, if we are going to take the Bill of lading, only one person is sitting at the counter and managing 200 customers(I am feeling sad about that guy, he is a good person and supportive )Token is issuing only upto 11 o clock and we need to talk with sales person to pay the invoices which he dont know what is the OBL or Surrender BL6. Total 4 Chairs they have and rest all others need to sit on the floor to get his turn, they have very effective speaker of 10 $ and 16 Inch TV which is audible to all the customers to know his number6. Another main attraction is their washroom facility customer need to use fingerprint to use the washroom, if somebody requesting to use the cleaner is shouting and pulling them out7. Regarding their online system, in all of their email one signature is there use our online system to book the shipment, if we are giving the booking online after one month they will send us the release for the containerTHOSE WHO WANT TO GET THE SHIPMENT AT RIGHT TIME WITH RIGHT SERVICE DONT USE THIS PATHETIC SHIPPING LINE MSC DUBAII DONT KNOW ABOUT MSC IN OTHER PART OF THE WORLDIF ANY OF THE PERSON SEEING THIS MESSAGE IN DIRECTORIAL BOARD OF MSC, PLEASE TRY TO THINK ABOUT YOUR FUTUREMSC DUBAI IS GOING TO RUIN YOUR WHOLE GOODWILL AND REPUTATION

Many Negative Comments are posted about MSC Dubai. I was scared of my shipment because first time we were importing container under MSC. I really love the way the employees speak with the customers. My fone was picked up all the time and i was guided with the proper information what i need. Only drawback i found was they do not have any bank A/C, for any charges they have their own Deposit Machine installed at their office, Just keep the exact change with you.Rest i really love the service of MSC and i hope in future as well i will book MSC for my shipment.

Msc dubai branch agent un very helpful staff. poor customer service. very disappointed. how u guys can have a loyal customers if you arent willing to help. having very bad conversation with the indian manager who talk to the client harshly and mean, first the manager should be the source of solution and u should have a phone ethics u should listen and ask the caller first what they want & do not jump into conclusion that your client will ask you the same inquiries. will definitely not to choose mediterranean shipping line again.

From the start we give them instruction that our BL should be SWB its our first time to incounter a shipping line like this that they will not issue any SWB but only OBL & TELEX and the most worst part is that if you will agree on Telex they will charge another cost on that aside from the BL charge that already there, they will double the cost. Were as another Shipping line will not do like that not unless you confirmed the BL as OBL and change the status again. In any cases i will not recommend this shipping line.

Worst! Tried calling them and told me to email import department without even telling me what was the email just dropped the call. Also tried calling Dubai branch they again transferred the phone without even saying anything

Very poor service and you have to wait 3 to 4 hours only for queue if you came after 11:30 .. the customer service is very slow and ther token system and do Collection service is like a dinosaurs in world of Airplanes.

The worst shipping company and staff. First thing I tell my suppliers is to avoid this company. one recently didnt follow my intructions and I ended up with them again. D/O apply date 1st April. Until today as I write I have not receive the D/O.

Poor customer service. No proper phone etiquette. No Good manners and right conduct. Arrived to extend the DO at 9:00am last July 16, 2015 but unfortunately, token is still not given at 1:30PM with a very simple reason - LOTS CUSTOMER inside!! so what is the purpose of going as early as 9:00AM????!!! No proper system.. All in all - POOR SERVICE but charges are sooooo HIGH!!
