I have been dealing with Viva since 2008, and I would never switch to any other tailor. Tried them with blazers, Suits and shirts design, stitching, and even significant alterations. The staff and masters are very accommodating and their experience show in the results of their work. They pay attention to smallest detail in the items they worked on. I was never disappointed with the results. In fact, I never bothered shopping for any suits or dress shirts since 2008, Viva has always been the right destination.They recently introduced the home service which also made it easy for me.

I found VSL (Viva Style Lounge) through google, of all the tailors and stylists in the Satwa area, this store had the most reviews and seemingly the most positive feedback. I arrived at the store explaining I needed a bespoke suit with a very tight turn around (Monday-Saturday) to which the store clerk was more than willing to accommodate. We took the initial measurements on that first visit and a further two test fittings in the days to come. I had complete faith in the Head Tailor who even offered some push back on some of my fitting suggestions explaining we need to get the right balance of style and comfort for a truly quality suit. Needless to say.. I am very happy with the final product, especially considering the turnaround time. This is truly the best suit Ive ever owned (albeit my first bespoke), from the vast choice of options, personal touches and pricing.. VSL are soon to make Ready to Wear suits redundant, and rightfully so!All in all I paid AED 2200 for a 2 piece business suit with an extra pair of pants.Looking forward to my next visit to VSL!

Couple of months ago I went to Viva Style to get my wedding tuxedo tailor made. My experience with them was great from the beginning to the end. The tuxedo ended up exactly how I wanted. The tailors there show genuine care and have an amazing attention to details. I recommended it to anyone wanting to look sharp in a tailor made suit.

I had to delete my previous review. These chaps promised me non crease sold me bad quality shirts that crease. Knew I was going on a particular day and made my shirts so I could not hold any argument. Paid more here than in Europe. Bad quality cloth probably from India.

High quality tailor. I stayed in Dubai only for a few hours to make a stopover. In 30 minutes everything was done, then the suit and shirt were delivered to my house. Going to Viva Style Lounge is an amazing experience, and perhaps more importantly the products they produce match their impeccable in-house experience. As soon as you walk in youre greeted and offered a coffee or water, and shortly thereafter the Viva team works with you to pick or help you choose the best options for whatever you are getting tailored that day.Their options are great, and the quality is even better.Ive had multiple shirts, pants and a suit tailored at Viva and I could not recommend it more. They give you personalized advice, and wont just try to sell you a dime a dozen design.

Not my first time at Viva Lounge but I will be my last. Friendly guys but I can only guess me trying to be nice led them to think anything was acceptable. I needed shirts not friends. The shop has changed, these shirts ride up when I move so besides being uncomfortable I have to roll up the sleeves or they look too small. I’ve not had this problem with tailored shirts before. They collect them from my work, which is great, but then return them without any noticeable changes. I eventually gave up and had to get shirts somewhere else. Another thing, and you can try this in the shop if think I’m exaggerating, the materials crease very easily.

I needed a Tux in 2 and a half days. These guys made it happen at a decent price! I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. Thanks for helping a poor planner out!

Getting my Father to go to a tailor has been such a work in progress. After months of pestering by my mother and I, we finally got him down to VIVA. The Service and the Fitting were all top-notch.With VIVA, the nicest thing was that the fitting only had to be done once. There are other places that Ive been in Bur Dubai where a minimum of 3-4 fittings are needed and with such limited time nowadays, who can spend that time.The Goods:My father came in with me to get pants made. Many people like to think tailoring is always costly, and it can be depending on the material you choose. However, reasonably priced, and as good quality material are always also available. My father picked such materials, (not that we cant afford more). Even though it was not expensive, it was silky smooth.The craftsmanship was really good and even after 2 years, the pants are in great condition which my father still enjoys wearing.Hats off to VIVA!!!

A great gentlemens out fitter located in Al Satwa, Dubai. Whether you are looking for bespoke clothes or making copies of some of your existing styles they are so helpful. Very use to expats so all English speaking and very courteous. Relaxed atmosphere and I didnt experience any pressure to buy more clothes than I wanted. Quality of finish very good and very speedy service(a week). They will also deliver to your hotel. Tried on all clothes made and no adjustments were necessary. Very good price and much cheaper than large shopping malls.

Such a rip off. It is more than double the cost of designer suits I buy form the US with much lower quality fabric. At first I thought ok, it will be custom made, that justifies the price, but the did an awfully bad job despite over 7 sessions of fitting.The shirts were much better in terms of the fit, yet the fabric gets very crumbled after washing and becomes impossible for pressing. The cuffs and collars are made of bad material that it developed bubbles after the first wash. Again it was almost double the cost of designer shirts I buy from the US.
