I needed a minor rip in my jeans reinforced and threw out put was extremely sloppy. Tailor is highly inexperienced. From the image you can see that the stitching isn’t even in line with the direction of the thread… I’ll be taking these to have the stitching removed and done professionally elsewhere

I had a Jacket made and 5 shirts made. The service was great and I received my order which fitted perfectly. Go to the Custom Shop if you want great tailoring! I recently ordered a suit and three shirts at a reasonable price from this store. The staff were helpful and attentive, especially Mr. Karan, and I only needed one fitting to get an acceptable fit for my items. I would certainly recommend the Custom Shop and intend to return again.

Great tailoring, i ordered through their facebook advert offer. The guy was really humble, took perfect measurements, fitting was amazing, cloth was immaculate. Moreover, i was impressed by their customer service since one of the shirt had an issue with their buttons, they replaced it for me! will recommend it to everyone! 4/5 for me!

Great Mens Tailors in Dubai, 10/10. The fabric, the customer service, the delivery, the style everything is awesome. I ordered 5 bespoke shirts & 1 suit. The fabric quality was great, the delivery was very quick I never expected. I would recommend it for everyone.

Terrible tailoring. Avoid at all costs!!Ordered 4 shirts and had to go for 7 fittings. Had to have 2 shirts completely remade as they didnt even close.Do not shop here !

HORRIBLE tailor shop. Would not recommend. I can understand a new suit taking 3 fittings, but I took in expensive suits for adjustments and after 4 fittings THEY STILL CANNOT GET IT RIGHT! When I pointed out that there is a glaring issue with the specific alteration I came in for, the tailor came said something in his language, touched around the shoulders and said ready made... If you do not think you can help me adjust a DESIGNER ready made suit then tell me up front, dont do a whole song and dance and then once youve ruined it pretend like nothing happened and its my fault for coming into your shop.I came in with two expensive suits, spent A LOT of money to make adjustments, and now am left with two ruined suits I need to go get fixed at another PROPER tailor shop.Steer clear, youve been warned

Custom Shop is an amazing brand and their quality of products is top notch.I use them very often for alterations and also have gifted my husband a few shirts from them and he is extremely impressed with their professionalism and quick turn around time.

Total waste of time and money..... its been more than 1 month since i have given order for 5 shirts... have paid more than half the charges as well... on my first trial, i was shocked to see the trial shirt had 2 inch difference as compared to what was given to you guys initially... after that again i was called in to try and this practice has been done 5 times till now with defects every single time in the measurement of shirts... i had left big brands like sacoor, zara to try you guys but it has been a disaster

It was my first (and obviously) the last time to visit this nasty gang of money robbers. I went for a customized suit where I was offered a price that I assumed a bit high for a customized suit. I have clearly requested if I can be offered any kind of discount or promotion. They strictly refused. The following day, I realized that there’s a promotion already on suits for almost half the price I have paid. I don’t placed my complaint on their Facebook page and by telephone. After few calls and clear dissatisfaction from my side, they generously offered me either a pair of cufflinks / tie or a shirt (the argument is about AED 1,600)!!!! And just to make it worse, they added that this is a special one time treatment since I am a good customer!!!!

Biggest mistake I ordered shirts from this shop they took 10 days to jus make a shirt for trialAnd they need another 15 days to ready the shirts. And they talk about customer satisfaction, PLEASE GUYS DONT GO TO THE CUSTOM SHOP. ITS WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME THEY TAKE AGES TO READY YOUR ORDER. -5 will be their rating.
