Lady is not helpful, she doesn’t have manners at all. No follow up or updates. She doesn’t update her system with the client info. No receipt no reference to collect the item. It’s worst experience ever with a tailoring shop.

The lady was extremely rude. She refused to help and left us on the disk without saying anything. She is not doing her work.

There is a branch in tecom and one in um sequim. They charge 60 DHS for alterations in umm sequim and 30 in tecom.

Great service and the gentleman Anwar is very honest and goes above and beyond to get things done when you have right deadlines. Such a gem!
