They host The Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Awards as well as some other events, talks, exhibitions, conferences...Theres also a small library and a cafe. Its a very impressive building. You should come here if youre interested in literature, cinema, art, music, lively talks.

Nice facility with great ambiance, went there to attend international quran competition. Located closer to mamzar beach.. Next to the red govt building on the main road signal corner.
