I highly recommend this experience! From the minute we arrived everyone was so kind. The experience was just wonderful. From the staff being so friendly to the amazing food and the awesome live music it was a great way to spend the night! This is something you have to add on your list of things to do!

The value is great for what you pay only about $40 US and the food is pretty good buffet food and the live music of the saxophone player was amazing

My wife and I attended the Xclusive sunset cruise on our 3 day in Dubai and what an experience. We enjoyed a buffet meal and went back for seconds and even thirds. We were on the top deck and on the side so we had beautiful views. We later enjoyed the dance floor and DJ even played a few afrobeat songs which made my wife very happy.

Excellent service and crew, man these guys rock! When I come back to Dubai, I will def book another yatch!

It was a good experience touring with Xclusive Dhow cruise. Luckily we got the upper deck with corner seat, so able to enjoy the beauty of Dubai😍😍. Tables were pre allocated and only way to exchange it is , if the other family is absent . Continous music and guitar was playing, singing songs of all countries. Food is quite okayish.

Xclusive Dinner Cruise - We thought of booking a good cruise for dinner on 25th December- inspite of Rates were so high :-( but We ended up wasting our total money.NO live music/ performance, Total cold food - my mistake we cant call it a dinner also - it was a just a buffet breakfast - pasta, boiled chicken, salads, bun and topping was bitter Tomato soup, and they call this 5* International menu.Never in our life we had such a bad experience anywhere.The cruise went till Dubai Ain Dubai -U turn and then again U turn near the parking foolish ride. No entertainment and no food.Toilet were also not clean. I am sure the review that are there on other browsers are their own reviews.We complaint this to the in-charge and on whatsapp and we still didnt hear anything from the xclusive yacht teams. So they are not bothered also.I strongly request all DONT select this ride at all, save money.

Let me start off with this is only a dinner cruise if you are in the front of the line when its time to eat. They run out of popular dishes quickly and they do not refill it once its out. That being said the cruise views were amazing and the staff was nice. I probably would not go again though.

I took my husband on surprise Dinner Cruise and booked through Xclusive Yachts and my god what a great time we both had! the food the staff and the crew were all so friendly and so professional! With the food there was so many options and it was 100% 5 star food and 5 star Service! Anyone that may want to treat their wife or husband to something romantic then please take this option! I would this all over again!

The most beautiful boat on the marina, with some excellent food from the The Address hotel. I went with my family with 2 kids in tow and the staff were very friendly & accommodate all our requests. Really good variety on the buffet, my wife is a veggie & the kids loved the pasta station! Booking is very easy & you are welcomed like royal with a red carpet - Excellent Xclusive will visit again soon.

I had an amazing time celebrating my girlfriends birthday with Xclusive Cruise dinner! They even sang Happy Birthday! It was truly an amazing memory to relish. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for memorable experience in Dubai.

I was never really a fan of dinner cruise but our experience with Xclusive Cruise was so great that I am thinking of doing it again. The sailing was smooth, the service was superb and it is affordable! I think every couple must try it. Double thumbs up!

It was great, but you need to say before hand that you want to stay on TOP as down is the closed area with the AC, or maby you need to come early i dont know but top was good in the open air.

Please please please DO NOT waste your time or money on this pathetic excuse for a 5* boat cruise. Everything is simply awful. From the long walk to the boat, the broken chairs and tables, the putrid juices and water they call sodas to the absolutely tasteless and disgusting food selection - this cruise screams STAY AWAY!Oh, by the way, you also have to share a dirty towel with all users at the toilets.Hope my experience is a lesson for all!

A total waste of money!We wanted to celebrate New Year’s Day evening and make it special for our last night in Dubai. This event was sold to us a five star exclusive luxury dinner cruise.We booked 3 days in advance and were really looking forward to it- however, we found this event experience to be a complete disappointment, overpriced, over promised and severely under delivered!It didn’t start well with the The (Xclusive) Uber cab driver who collected us from our hotel and dropped us at the Marina didn’t know anything about the trip or hadn’t any directions of where to go.We eventually found the boat & boarded after 20 mins queuing. We were shown to our inside lower deck table which was very poorly presented, at this point told we were not allowed to dine on the upper deck. The windows were dirty and this certainly wasn’t the feeling of a 5 star experienceThe boat left the quay 20 minutes late with no apology or time added to the cruise, dinner was immediately announced as somebody shouting buffet now open which then created a disorganised rush of people being bottle necked into a very small area where food was available. As a group of four adults, we were completely disgusted by not just the total chaos of this event but of the shocking quality of the food being offered. This certainly was not the advertised Exclusive Five Star Dinner Cruise at £69 GBP per head we were expecting. We decided not to eat anything as didn’t look edible and to go outside as it was impossible to see anything through the filthy windows.It didn’t get any better as the boat only travelled up and down the Marina which was another total disappointment.My recommendation would be DO NOT Book This trip it’s not worth the money and not a good experience.

We simply could not believe that this can be sold as an Exclusive Five Star Dinner Cruise at £69 GBP per head and the company gets away with it! I will not go into more detail but the alleged 5* toilets are also worth avoiding!We decided not to eat from the heated troughs that were being fingered and poked but approached the female manager on board the vessel, she agreed that the boat was over booked and not up to their usual standard!! further advised us to go to a cooking station upstairs, (which we were not aware of) The Queue here was ridiculous for what appeared to be variations of fresh pasta dishes being cooked for one person at a time, meanwhile missing any of the cruise that you would fail to see through the dirty windows, which incidentally is only up and down the marina!We approached the manager again, she told us to take a seat outside to enjoy the cruise, she would investigate and come and see us.10 mins later she came and found us and agreed the problems we had explained to her and a full refund would be made to our credit cards.30 DAYS LATER, after many email exchanges we have eventually got a refund of 40% of the cost. Our last evening in Dubai completely ruined by a company that is allowed to advertise and overcharge for a dinner cruise experience that should never be described as Exclusive, Luxury, and certainly NOT 5 Star!

I can say the only 5 star dinner cruise in Dubai. I have tried the dinner dhow Cruise before in Creek and it dissappoints me so much but in this Xclusive Dinner cruise, eventhough its quite expensive, it was worth it. Their boat was very luxurious and the food was incredible. Highly recommended!

This is the great way to see the skyline of dubai at night . The staff were very welcoming theres a lot of space on board to move around.Food was excellent. The trip took almost two hours and was very relaxing.There was a great atmosphere and would highly recommend this luxurious 5 star trip😊😎

It was very very bad experienceonce you give money they would not even bother to connect nor they will pick ur callstaff is also very not behave properly even senior management dose not want to understandproblems. there are many more better options available.Because of employees this beautiful cruse will get spoil

The view and the actual cruise around the marina (upper deck) is awesome. Very windy though, but way better than downstairs. The food....one word....Sucks!! The Captain was also coaxed into ending the cruise early because a huge group of guests wanted to get off after stuffing their faces. That should not be the case as they should ask other guests first! Very disappointed with the fact that it ended 20 minutes early just for the sake of satisfying the noisy zoo in the lower deck. There was one filipino waiter (didnt get his name) who was so calm, polite and professional throughout! He brought it up an extra star. Thank you so much for ur great service!

Excellent food and friendly staff; however they take you nowhere, just sailing in the marina; do not go even near to open sea, so can’t enjoy full city or palm Jumeirah view.

If you want to enjoy candle light dinner then this is better option book for upper deck ....minus point is food which is not 5 start bt compare to other cruise having less option and variety in live cooking they have only pasta another is thy are not having any kind show like in other boat thy have magical show or some egyption dance show but in this they dnt only this 2 minus point rest if u wnt to feel luxury and enjoy in uniqe biat then this is best cruise..thx

1.First impressions was very bad, when I got to know we need to board the dark, small cruise docked beside their big bright good looking cruise which said to be xclusives private cruise.2.Ambiance was pathetic with their disco light on their upper deck.3.Food was not good (expect their lives station, but that also was very salty) and not all the item mention in their website were available.4. It started 20 mins late as there was a mismanagement regarding table booking5.They returned 20 mins earlier and did not compancent the delay at the beginning and dint go near Burj al Arab despite of their route.What is good:Their care for the customer and music.

On the last evening we did a small tour with dinner. The atmosphere was nice and elegant, but the food wasnt particularly good.Still a nice experience.

I think the high evaluation is from the owners or workers of the yacht !!! Very, very bad. Everyone congregates on top of the yacht, even those in the lower floor immediately after sailing. There is no longer any sense to sit at the table and forty people look around. Food is very, very bad. It has nothing to do with any star.Who doesn’t know who will rate five stars !!I don’t think any “real” customer will give a good review here because it is a bad experience from all aspects !!
