I was waiting for their offer for 1 week and no response , everytime I remind the sales he will inform me that hell come back but this never happened . At the end , they told me to look for another supplier .

I am trying to contact Mr. Prasanna since last 2 days. 2 days before he committed to send Engineer by Saturday. Today is Sunday and nobody has come to attend breakdown. Is this the way TG crane respond after selling product. After sales service is very poor under Mr. Prasanna as he is not picking calls from us and now his phone is switched off also.

Poor customer service!!! No one is replying in the email and in the phone. This Prasanna Kumar is keep on hiding and keep delaying our work.No exact details and update given to the customer! They are not giving the status also. This company is just a headache!!!
